This sort of thing is happening all the time within the insurance business. Companies not paying out because of "clauses" not met within the small print. Billions of pounds are withheld because of all sorts of reasons.
Because it is high profile and in the public eye, it is going to be scrutinised by the public, who don't have all the facts.
I see our club doing things on a similar basis.
However, I hope we are right in this case, or we are not going to come out of this in a good light.

Aye, wrecking a thread because sense isn’t allowed on this topic is it. People actually get annoyed when the fantasy bubble gets popped by the facts of the case.

This is going to be a fun forum to read then until people get fed up of the mods (mod) destroying the place. I have made myself very clear, no matter what toys get thrown - I will still be here posting sense

So tan is doing the legal challenge on his own
as hes an expert just like our friend is ? And he says he's being sensible?

Tan is directing the legal challenge, no question about it. Of course he has a legal team, but it’s clear they are taking direction as opposed to giving sound advice.

What angle do you believe Cardiff has to win the CAS case then? No doubt what angle you have is covered by the FIFA document, and not by their opinion either, simply by the facts of the case.

No idea why people keep having the same arguments repeating the same things over and over again. This will be sorted out in the spring, Cardiff will be ordered to pay, and they will, or they won't. No one on this forum knows the ins and outs of the case or what evidence was not considered by Fifa. If it was as simple and clear cut as people are making it out, it would have been sorted already. Fair enough discussing new evidence but the link in the OP is from last year. There is literally no point arguing over old news.

Mmmmm as for me I am not a legal brain like you and I dont have intermate knowledge that you possess of all the facts of the transfer deal! So I don't pretend to know what will happen eventually at CAS, not unlike you who 100% says club will lose appeal? Club or tan should have employed you to advise them that appeal is futile so saving club/tan money.....

Yes. The same as the rebrand, the same as the Langston case and the same as the Malky case. Has he won a legal battle since he arrived? Because he seems to have had many. Tan is stubborn, he doesn’t need me giving him advice as I’m sure he has many people capable of also telling him the reality of the situation - he clearly hasn’t listened to them either.

You say I possess all the facts of the transfer - we ALL do, it’s public record. It’s just some can’t be bothered to read it. I have offered to show you though. You tell me what angle they may take for the CAS appeal and I will show you the part of the document which will counter it meaning they will lose.
