Simon Jordan is another idiot. No other club would have acted like this because most other clubs know the rules of football.

Premier League eligibility has no bearing on ownership and football clubs do not have control or say over their staff travel arrangements in leisure time.

Most clubs would know the above and know they as a result have no leg to stand on, therefore not dragging their clubs name through the mud needlessly and at great cost.
