Play offs are a lottery and no one is guaranteed promotion as the past proves :thumbright:

I would rather lose in the playoffs than hover around mid table.

Is our record against the playoff teams that bad that we'll get stuffed by them Dont think so!

If we did get to the playoffs it would mean that we have improved dramatically between now and the end of the season. Can't see it happening but if it did I don't see why we would be stuffed in the playoffs. My guess is WBA go up automatically with either Leeds or Fulham so the playoffs would consist of something like Fulham Brentford AN Other and Cardiff. We would play Fulham in the semis probably, would be second favourites but could win over two legs.Maybe Brentfod in the final.

Can't see us in the playoffs or even near to be honest but if we did improve enough to get there we would be the form side and very dangerous. When Harris got Milwall promoted they only finished sixth.

Unless we can bring in 1-2 players who can improve the starting 11 or who can make an impact off the bench then we will continue to draw games and get nowhere near breaking into top 6. Frustrating as I think a bit of pace and quality added in midfield would improve us massively and turn draws into wins.

I think we’d struggle because we’ve been well beaten or outplayed by those sides. Hypothetical anyway, because we’re a mid table side.
