One shot off target in the 43rd minute

Like who? I'm all for this but got to be available and got to want the job? Houghton as we know didnt want championship football! So not quite as easy as saying we want you when do you sign? And of course upto the owner who he wants

I guarantee you this Allan, if Harris is the manager for the whole of next season, Harris will take us in to the bottom 5.

I don’t think that will happen. I keep saying it, the supposed best Cardiff manager of the last 30 years had similar performances from this crop, and he recruited them, they weren’t good enough to save his job, and there is no way there will be an improvement under a less experienced manager. I never wanted Harris, I still don’t, I wanted Bellamy, at least there would have been a more attacking mindset and some fire on the pitch. But despite my dislike of his appointment and what I have seen since, purely blaming Harris is harsh, I doubt if he had Warnocks funds he would have recruited many of our squad. It feels like a cheap appointment to reduce the wage bill and nothing else just like Slade. If true , we are stuck with him for the season surely?

Probably but there again who knows what the summer will bring? After all this is a NW team not NH one, most managers would struggle to make anything of this bunch? But will say dont understand his subs and for playing certain player like Patterson...

I haven't seen ANYTHING from the football under Harris that shows any progress. Quite the opposite, so, agree with above.

Completely uninspiring.

Re: ' Harris out '

Sat Jan 18, 2020 5:07 pm

He’s got warnocks squad, he’s had 14 games, the transfer window hasn’t finished and even if it did with no signings, he should be given a full pre season and a chance with a few new signings whilst getting rid of the dead wood. Also chief scout sacked so why rush and buy more garbage just for the sake of it.

You honestly trust Harris with a full pre season? I wish I shared your optimism but I'd rather a full pre season with someone with a track record of decent football. If I wanted to watch pinball, I'd find a seaside arcade.

We are just leaving St Andrew's and to be honest first half we were piss poor second to every ball and no passion or desire. Was that down to Harris or the players on the pitch?? Second half much better much more desire and could and probably should have won it. I think Harris most have had a right go at them half time and the players responded! I just think instead of all those negativity against Harris we need to give him the rest of the season and the summer to recruit players and form his own squad then and only then judge him

to form his own squad he will need a few windows and that's if hes backed with enough money we wont be breaking the bank with signings that's for sure

It's the fact that the style of football has barely changed tomlin again today if we didnt have him we would be in a lot worse of a position which is crazy to say but it's the truth

An experienced manager? This squad was recruited and put together by one of those, the squad he has left us with , Klopp would struggle to get anything more or different than what Harris is getting. Blame? Not Harris, it’s Warnock and this supposed Transfer committee. Not a Harris fan, but the most important changes that need to be made are in the player personnel, and that’s easier said than done, as this window is proving.

We can all moan and bicker til the cows come home, but whoever the manager is , isn’t going to be able to change anything radical or get more improvement than Warnock or Harris have, the rag has been rung dry, this squad is limited in how it can play.

Re: ' Harris out '

Sat Jan 18, 2020 5:40 pm

It’s not Harris, it’s his squad. The happy clappers won’t have it and there are some delusional types who believe it’s a great squad. The truth of it is it’s a woeful mess of a squad left by his predecessor who wasted millions on crap.

The clown is clueless, useless and not fit to be at our great club. He was appointed by a bunch of MORONS who themselves are clueless.

Re: ' Harris out '

Who do you want in???
None of the ‘names’ were interested when Harris was appointed .
Who?
I’m fed up with the football we play and the nonsense being talked about signing a striker etc .
But can’t see an oblivious replacement.
Mark Hughes or Chris Houghton were my choices but neither seemed interested

Re: ' Harris out '

You need to get rid of CEO and Chairman also as they are the ones appointed Harris
