Perhaps we should make him captain more responsibility on his shoulders, it might force him into setting an example, with not picking up needless bookings.

What about the 10 bookings rule if there still is one? At his rate he'll get there no problem!

Well use to be ban after 10 bookings if before certain date at his going rate that will be in 3 weeks ....
so what is cut off date?
