I’m sorry but that first half was f*cking awful and I challenge anyone to put a positive spin on it. Murphy is lazy and doesn’t want to be out there that is clear... we cannot take a throw in... we can not pass the ball more than 3 times. It’s turgid, slow, pathetic football

Need to pull our socks up, 27mins before our 1st shot.... Preston had 6 by then...... hopefully NH will read the riot act again and the proper attacking Cardiff team will come out 2nd half

It was a dire first half

Preston definitely the better team so far, we have been poor. First half low on quality from both teams.

Tomlin, Bacuna, Pack, NML and Richards have been our better players I think.

Need to massively improve in the second half if we want anything from this match.

Not much to be worried about after all we seem to be a second half team these days.

In all seriousness our CB’s were to deep for the first half hour, so their attacking players were finding loads of space between the lines. But since that has been resolved we’ve been much better. Murphy is lacking so much confidence, I really do feel for him. He seems to be to scared to do anything with the ball, hopefully Neil puts his arm around him and gives him some confidence. Great to see Jazz back in the team today, just looks like the player we’ve been missing on the right. Even though he’s on the left today.

We have the quality, I just dont see Harris getting the best out of them.

Our first halfs seem to be always awful

Plenty of possession they lacked killer ball... but we seemed to have tightened up last 20mins hopefully NH sorts us out going forward 2nd half? Take point as keeps us on tail of playoff teams

Murphy is purposely moving into positions to make himself unavailable for the ball... he is a disgrace

Cardiff have some possession but they don’t look like creating anything too dangerous at the moment.
