Why did we let Ajayi leave and keep Connelly, looked class and scores goals?

Because we have been terrible at actually bringing through the players from our under 23s for ages now and instead let them go on frees and end up replacing them with inferior players. Ajayi, Oshilaja and Harris are the most recent examples of this but their are more as you go back down the past 10 years. Hopefully Ciaron Brown actually gets a chance for us soon or he will end up being the next one that we let go only to see him flourish elsewhere.

Ajayi was from Arsenal. Harris Wycombe.

Name actual Cardiff players from Cardiff’s academy who have left and flourished elsewhere as that is normally the point made not the under 23s. Oshilaja is hardly flourishing.

Well I’m reliably informed that if PNE get promoted this season then Andrew Hughes could become the 1st player to play in Conference south,The National league,League 2 League 1,The championship and then the premier league,would that be considered as flourishing?

erm lets try one was good enough to go to Watford on loan { plus a loan fee } to help push them over the line and the other went out on loan to Wimbledon. Crewe and Rotherham..
I know he has done well since but at the point of his contract ending the best offer he had was from Rotherham. surely this tells you the decision at the time was correct.. managers do not have crystal balls and for every one whose career goes upwards there are 20...who people do not mention that go the other way..

I wasn’t gloating at all. I gave a very fair and balanced view of the match as I always do. We were the better side and deserved to win. Simple as that.

If that upsets you to the point you want us banned then don’t wonder where we are when you are unable to gloat in the future, or pretend we are somehow hiding . As I said, you have to be a bit braver and grow a pair when you aren’t doing very well.

As most should know, I am happy to discuss football regardless of results or positioning. I have never fallen into the trap of bias so it really doesn’t matter to me. I then asked you list the usernames that shadow what you claimed. You listed about 10. On inspection half of them didn’t say anything of the sort, a third (quite amusingly) said the opposite which left you with about 2 posters. I think you then disappeared from the thread as usual.
