KIEFFER MOORE / GLATZEL

Just curious as to what service you have seen. Every set piece is floated to the back post for header back across goal. Glatzel works very hard to create his own chances, and actually links play with wide or midfield players better than any other striker we have. Balls in the box for him are non existent, plus he has to work so hard outside the box on stupid floaty long ball, buts holds up well. Don’t let some missed chances blind your judgement.

Agree, Glatzel frequently makes runs behind and down the sides of the centre backs yet we have nobody making those passes and giving him a chance to get something at the end of those runs.

Just watch him in a game. He's anything but lazy, constantly stretching the centre back but unfortunately NW just wanted his centre forward to hold a central position and the whole system is set up in that way. When was the last time you saw any of our strikers played in for a one on one with the keeper ? I'm struggling to remember one in the last 2-3 seasons and therein lies the problem for Glatzel (and, going back, to a lesser extent, Zohore) in that he wants the ball in those channels to feet.

I still think Glatzel can play, it's just a matter of whether our new manager will allow him to.

not lazy..defo runs...bit like a poundland version of alex ravel...its him on a wavelength 2 levels down not the passer....rewatch the sheffield Wednesday game. and just how many times ralls has to not play the ball because glatzel is now heading into someone elses space taking a defender with him...and the interception when bennett is through on goal was Wednesdays most crucial moment bar their goal..
