It’s in all of our interests to give him the best chance to succeed. He deserves a chance to adapt the squad in January before we can truly judge him.

Welcome Neil Harris To Our Great Club.
Our Next Task Is Basically Seeing Who He Thinks Will Do A Good Enough Job And Who Don't, I Think The Club Should Move Both Madine And Connolly On Because Connolly Have Not Played For Us In Years And Madine Have Been Really Poor For Us And Should Of Been Shipped In The Summer Window.

I Want Other Players To Get More Game Time Such As Jazz Richards And Will Vaulks, Both Welsh And Yet To Feature In The League Due To Poor Form Or Just Being Unlucky With Injuries.

Welcome Neil and good luck - I think you're going to need it.

Personally I'd have preferred Rolf Harris.

Or Anita Harris.

Or Keith Harris.

Even Orville

But you're here now and remember your knowledgeable employers are expecting plenty of "offensive" football and at least 35 shots per game.

Good luck Neil , if you get the team gelled and working hard the fans will back you.

A couple of wins early on will settle everyone down.

Any supporter who walks away is not really a supporter of our great club.

Lets give the guy our full support.

I think most city fans wanted a young enthusiastic manager with a progressive, attacking style, to replace the long ball huff and puff football being played. I'm feeling a sense of deja vu here. Isn't this what the board tried to do when sacking Malcky and replacing with Solskaer? Remember what happened then?

We all want a manager who can build a ferrari like football team, playing exciting on the floor football, but, unfortunately at the moment we have the parts of a Ford (no offence to Ford owners!). Would it be a good idea to bring in a Ferrari mechanic when he hasn't got the parts to build the car? Or, do we bring in another Ford mechanic to try and re-assemble the parts so that they can start performing again? There's no doubt that Warnock was a Ford mechanic who managed to to get the car out-performing higher spec cars, until the wheels fell off! :laughing6:

Some great, supportive posts on here for the new manager. I totally understand the feelings of those who are still negative though but now he is the new manager it is time to drop any negative feelings and give the man every chance. He could be a huge success and, if he is, I want to be on the bandwagon with him!

Croeso Neil

Its the top men who pick
The Manager.
Whether we like it or not.

He's here and our new Manager
Lets get behind him
And be the 12th man.

Keep our moaning on the forums
And away from the stadium

Be the 12th man.
Negativity is as infectious as positivity.
Makes players nervous and less adventurous.
Are we fans or fuckwitts...
