Would have been better at end of last season maybe moved upstairs but thank u Neil for the memories the bristol city game when you took over was the first time in a few years I was physically looking forward to going down the city after the previous trollope slade stints in charge I do think if warnock hadn't come in we may have dropped with trollope in charge again I thank him millions and in the premier in correct shirt colour nearly performed the miracle and kept us up but I do think it's the right time it's not been the same this season some of the performances have been god awful and baffling substitutions but what the man achieved here wont be forgotten wish him well for future what ever he does

Thank You Fellow Bluebird
You Have Embraced The Bluebirds When It Was Most Divided, You Took Hold Of The Club In Both Hands With 1 Goal, To Unite The Club.
You Have Made So Many Memories Some Sad And Mostly Incredible, You Have Made This Club Believe Again That Its One Of The Biggest In Wales. You Told Officials What Fans Were Thinking Throughout A Glorious Time In The Premier League. OK We Got Relegated But We All Stuck By You Through It All.
Whether It's Relegation Or Not You Have Made This Great Club United And We All Will Never Forget The Incredible Memories You Made With Us.
You Will Forever Be In The Hearts Of Every Bluebird In Cardiff City History As Our Greatest Manager.
Good Luck In The Future Whether Its Retirement Or In Another Club Job We Bluebirds Will Continue To Honour Your Name By Singing NEIL WARNOCK'S BARMY ARMY.
Thanks Again And I Wish You Well Fellow Bluebird

The best manager in my 25 years of supporting City. For me his greatest achievement was galvanising the club and the fans together again. Not forgetting the first “real” promotion to the Premier League and the moment I shared with my son (his first season) on the field after the Reading game. Memories that will last a life time. I do believe now was the right time to give us a fighting chance with a new man at the helm but I am forever grateful for the Warnock era. Thank you Sir Neil, a City legend and a Bluebird for life

Sir Neil should nominate his favourite charity. If he does not come back to receive the applause of fans, we should support his charity so he can see how much we owe him for such a fantastic ride over the last 3 years.
Perhaps the supporters trust can open a just giving account in the name of his favoured charity so we can all contribute.

Good luck Neil, Sharon & family.
Thanks for re-igniting the passion in our club when all was doom and gloom on your arrival.
You leave the club in a far better place, thank you..... Honorary Bluebird
Mon Nov 11, 2019 9:01 pm
Whilst I think this is the right time for NW to leave I will never forget these last 3 years and the amazing job he done for our club. In my 55 years of following the Bluebirds no other manager in that time can come close to matching his achievements and he leaves our club in a much stronger position than the day he arrived.
I disagree that this season is a failure it just hasn't happened for us but we have a strong squad and maybe a new manager will freshen things up and kick start our season from here.
Our job now is to get behind our new manager, whoever it is, but also to never forget Neil Warnock and everything he done for our club.

Mr Warnock sir, you are someone who will always be remembered as a manager who gave the fans their club back. a club to be proud of.
If you had not come along when you did god only knows where we would be now.
Mon Nov 11, 2019 9:16 pm
Thanks so much for everything you have done for the Club. My boy wrote to you in the summer to show his support for you and the team following relegation and he still proudly displays your response on the wall in his bedroom.

Wishing you and your family all the best for the future

Fitted cardiff like a glove best manager since eddie may.
Loved the old school attitude.
Did so much for this club I just feel the players let him down a bit to be honest.
We got to end the sala saga aswel other wise the club will be dragged down it's a horrible situation and an awful tragedy to have to deal with as a football manager.
Will miss wanker warnock gutted hes gone really thanks and good health to you and family neil always be welcome to a Clark's pie and a pint of dark in cardiff.
Thanks for everything club is in a better place thanks to you great memories.

We were once divided. But you came, we conquered, and now we are united again. We were low, you took us up, we went down but we will be back again.
Thank you so much Neil. It was fairly brief but full never dull. You made me fall in love with Cardiff City again. We went through trauma together and pulled through.
You did a great job and I hope you enjoy your time off with your family. You genuinely deserve it!

Neil and Sharon... A simple thank you for the amazing journey you took us on. Am forever grateful. Get down the CCS now and again so the fans can really show their appreciation!

You are a true Cardiff City
LEGEND, Neil Warnock and I'm sorry to see you go!
The only certainty in management is there will be an end but the bits in between have been pure magic; from the way to staved off relegation in Year 1, go us promoted in Year 2, almost kept us up on a relative shoe-string in Year 3, and your direct honesty throughout
That it hasn't happened this year to date is a travesty to me and one that others need to shoulder (at least part of) the blame
Good luck to you and Sharon in your future ventures and I look forward to hearing your direct but witty views and opinions on national media, such as TalkSport
Best manager in my time as a supporter...and I witnessed Schoular, Burrows and Eddie May
Mon Nov 11, 2019 9:53 pm
thank you Mr and Mrs warnock for every thing you did for us and the club.be lucky
Mon Nov 11, 2019 9:56 pm
Dear Neil,
I was in tears when I heard the news today that you were leaving our great club. You re-ignited my love for the Bluebirds when you signed.I have supported the club for 40 yrs but stayed away for a few hrs due to feeling the club lacked a soul and the atmosphere at home was poor but you changed all that and you brought everyone together. Our club deserves Passion, Honesty and Direction and you brought all that to our Club.I’m forever grateful for what you did for us fans and on a personal note I bought a season ticket with my young lad because I knew that you would bring the fans back.My lad is now a true blue because of you and I’d like to wish you and Sharon a very happy retirement. Your a legend Neil and will never be forgotten for what you did for our club.
Mon Nov 11, 2019 10:07 pm
Enjoy your well earned retirement Neil. I reckon last season took something away from you, not surprisingly.
You will no doubt look back with fond memories like we all will, you saved us from the abyss 3 years ago.
Mon Nov 11, 2019 10:08 pm
It would have been great to see you keep us in the Premier then leave while on top. It was not to be thanks to some awful referring.
I've always felt this season would be one bridge too far specially under this regime. Your decision to leave is the right one. Your departure will be a sad day for us fans.
Mon Nov 11, 2019 10:17 pm
Thank you Mr Warnock for putting the pride back in the shirt .i appreciate everything you have done but I do think you have left at the right time . If I see you out I will definitely buy you a tipple . Best wishes

Tue Nov 12, 2019 12:50 am
I can only echo the messages above Mr Warnock.
If that offside Chelsea goal "scored" had been rightly struck off. It's hard for us fans but I can only guess at your feelings and those of the players in YOUR team, you done us Cardiff City fans proud Mr Warnock. Enjoy your retirement with Mrs Warnock, time for a cuddle but don't for fecks wake up and tell she should have passed wide. She was covering central defence
Thank you Mr Warnock.
Tue Nov 12, 2019 1:17 am
Neil warnock,I wish you and your wife Sharon all the happiness that you have brought to this club, ten fold

I have no doubt, the decision you came to,must have been painful,I admire your honesty in stating perhaps someone else, can get more from the current players

you can leave and return to cardiff with held held high, would have hated for the bond to have been broken, and fans turning against you in numbers,if as suggested you and Sharon read this forum, once a

always a

,Personally I'm putting a tenner on you not retiring, but managing Hearts

anyway whatever the future holds for you,THANK YOU,AND THE VERY BEST OF LUCK.
Tue Nov 12, 2019 1:31 am
Massive shock that you have gone, will be missed but you will always have a place in our hearts, will continue to support him wherever he goes and I'm glad I was part of the last 'Neil warnocks barmy army' chant against Bristol, will miss the after match celebrations majorly too! Thank you for the last few seasons
Tue Nov 12, 2019 3:03 am
Devastated you have left us Neil. Great to see the passion you shown on the touchline. You will be fondly remembered by our supporters for what you achieved at Cardiff City. I wish you and your family all the he best for the future.
Tue Nov 12, 2019 4:20 am
Right Neil lots to say. You have saved this club from what in my opinion was certain disaster. You Have also managed what is beyond a miracle in getting us up with the squad you had.
Obviously everyone knows fully well what happened in January 2019 and no one on here can say that they’d be able to deal with it as straightforwardly and bracket we you had.
It is sad that you’ve gone but amidst everything you’ve had to deal with within the last year I think everyone can at least appreciate you have gone above and beyond what most people expect from your average football manager.
