But anyway yes, it didn’t feel right from the start. I would say 99.9% of Swansea fans wouldn’t even know who Mikey Dye is. Absolutely reeks of a Cardiff fan mocking his own players and fans death with the sole aim of causing trouble.
You guys should be all over this in an attempt to find out who and where it originated from. I have a feeling the club also feel this is not Swansea based and are working with the police to investigate the source. I would love it if they got caught.
If anybody knows who did this (I have a suspicion some on here may know due to recent discussions) then they should come forward.
As you are aware I seldom respond to you.
But you just said 99.9% of Swansea fans wouldn't know who Mikey Dye was, yet the other day were bigging up the fact you're fans were so respectfull after his death and some played in a charity match, so which is it?
Just condemn it, let the Police do their investigation and they will trace it back to the original source.
You're comments show a lack of class once again.

With all due respect Sean, the player has nothing to do with us. I don’t feel there will be too many of our fans buying that this stuff came from Swansea fans so the need to chant the name of a player that you guys don’t even claim was yours... isn’t going to happen.
We had a player that died too, Besian Idrizaj. We don’t lobby that other fans would sing his name or pretend that other clubs are tarnishing his name. We retired his shirt, paid respect when we lifted the trophy at Wembley and left it at that. The outpouring of attention that appears to be needed over this tragic story is bordering on the ridiculous. You don’t even want to pay for him yet want everyone to sing his name in unity.
Again no doubt the likes of RV casual will pretend to be outraged at the fact I am not afraid to speak directly to the point, but again I’m sure most can see through that rubbish.

Holding a minutes silence and showing impeccable respect 8 years ago does not mean that these fans will be able to tell you who this person was. We have had dozens upon dozens if moments of respect for people that have died, doesn't mean we all know who they are or remember them forever, especially when not associated with our club.
I can assure you, very few people at the Liberty will be able to tell you who Mikey Dye is, and the ones that do have always been extremely respectful. This is undoubtedly the work of your own. No doubt it my mind, and all signs since have only led to that conclusion being confirmed.

Which part of what I just said is confusing you?
Of course we have a handful of idiots. What I said on the other thread was that there is absolutely no chance that Swansea fans would chant or gesture about your fan or player that died, zero chance. Yet we have had it for years off you guys regarding both or player and fan , and it wasn't just a few idiots, it was the majority of the singing crowd chanting ''Gas a Jack''. This looks like a cheap attempt to tarnish our club by using the death of your own player and fan to do it which is continuing the horrendous theme of where your fans are able to go to in order to try and cause a stir. I did make the point that I believe this is due to the hatred you have towards us being far stronger than the other way around.
you may well think its bizarre, I think its absolutely needed. Look at the heading if this thread, complete made up rubbish - if it wasnt for Paul the Cardiff fan here adding some sense to the discussion and pointing out the obvious nature of the source of it, then no doubt we would have a thread full of people falsely tarnishing our fans who have been nothing but respectful.
Please read what is being said before wading in with rubbish.

So you accept you have idiots, how have you come to the conclusion that it's one of our lot who's made these prints then ? Never mind signing songs at the ground this looks like it was done in an office or at someone's home, why is it not feasible that it was one of your idiots just like the ones who made the song about Sala and mocked Mikey?

How are you proving that exactly?
All fan responses I have seen from Swansea is that they are disgusted by it. The original source looks to be Cardiff based in order to stir trouble with absolutely nothing to suggest otherwise, so what have you proven exactly?
At the time I said there may be a drunken idiot or two who will be dealt with by our own, but there will be no chanting en masse like what we have been subjected to for years from your lot. Zero chance.

Well I am not in the dock for a start.
however the defence of the fanbase is, where is there a shred of evidence it has come from a Swansea fan?
We have it apparently traced back to a WhatsApp group of Cardiff fans, who when asked, refused to say where they got it from.
It sounds horrific for you.
So unless you know something I don't, there is no defence needed.

Can you send me a link to these media outlets so I can read the story? I would imagine their story is similar to the heading on this thread. They have no idea who it is so guessing, am I right?
Evidence since then suggests otherwise.

What is the point you are making here? So you are saying because someone will read that headline and think it is a Swansea fan means that the perpetrator is a Swansea fan?![]()
I had a look at one of these media stories with such a headline, the Daily Mail, it read as follows:-
''Swansea City fans print vile Emiliano Sala boarding passes ahead of derby with Cardiff as they mock tragic striker who died in plane crash before Swans condemn actions as 'disgraceful' '' (this was the headline)
''It is not yet known who created the vile boarding pass but Swansea were quick to condemn the actions.'' (that was the story)
As I said, its sensationalist nonsense that flies in the face of all evidence so far. So if you have any, then please come forward.
