Fixed it for you.

Yeah can only imagine how inferior I would have to feel to constantly make up stuff about our rivals. I honestly don’t think I have ever seen it before at any other club, and I mean never.

Bizarre

Aye, the Nigerian Prince is pretty active after Cardiff games too funnily enough. Texts me without fail saying how they congregate outside in the car park shouting at the directors saying “make us play like Swansea, we have been in their shadow enough!”

Interesting to see you all turning on the club and using us as an example.

text Friday night
Jammy Bastards scored in the last couple of minutes you are shit

Text Saturday
Before you say anything just left Barnsley and I'm facked off. If we play like that you will batter us.

Me
Ha ha we will murder you (not really sure on what will happen but having a bit of fun)

It's a shithole, I lost my temper today and went to the tunnel and told them what I thought. I told Cooper to fack off back to Cardiff.

100% tue
So it's plain to see that Cooper is on to a hiding for nothing, as he is a bluebird and from Ponty (Cardiff area) when your form drops he will get stick from your fans, so it will be nice for us to shout to our fellow Bluebird, if he helps us out by having you playing badly

He is from Pontypridd not Cardiff, lived most of his life in North Wales. He is not a Cardiff fan no matter how much you are pathetically trying to claim he is. I don’t know if you know our fans but we absolutely do not turn on managers due to form, that’s usually a Cardiff trait. The only manager who has tasted that sort of reaction is Bob Bradley, for obvious reasons.

If your mate did as he claims, then no doubt he would also have got a clip for his troubles, although I suspect (if he is a real person and not a figment of your imagination, which is very possible) then he’s pulling your leg, or pandering somewhat to come across as humerus and “a bit of a boy”, the truth no doubt is vastly different.

But the fact you are turning to such nonsense certainly gives me clear indication of your feelings and unease towards the upcoming match. I couldn’t for the life of me imagine making up who your manager supports and fantasy texts, this does seem another Cardiff trait. Looking at your posting history reveals a bit of a pattern, I must say. :D

100% true!. Say what you like one of your fans, is not happy with the way you are playing says you are going backwards and doesn't like Copper because he thinks he's from Cardiff.

Good timing hopefully, although we aren't exactly on form at the moment either, we will soon see!

I have made the relevant bit bold, and also added the part of the quote you selectively decided to cut out, so you are able to understand when you read it back where you went wrong.

The Cardiff fan above reckons this fantasy Swansea fan is turning on the manager due to form (we are 3rd in the league :D ) - I correctly stated that we don’t turn on managers due to form, the only manager we have turned on is Bob Bradley “but that was for obvious reasons”.

You turned on Bob Bradley because of the terrible run of form you were in. That is the obvious reason why. You said one thing and totally contradicted yourself in the next sentence. You basically said you don't do something, gave an example of you doing it but then said that time doesn't count.

You might be 3rd but you are not in good form. Stoke bottom of the league-lost, pretty sure Reading were in the bottom 3 - drew and Barnsley bottom of the league- drew. That is not good form whichever way you look at it so I wouldn't be surprised at all if people were giving him abuse for it. The fact he has an association with Cardiff will mean that is the first thing fickle fans will go to when results arn't going your way. I am sure there are people on the Swansea forum questioning Coopers tactics - not that I am sad enough to spend time on a rival forum mind. You could potentially be below us by Sunday. If that was to happen if you think your fans won't be on Coopers back and giving him shit because of his Cardiff connection then you clearly haven't been to a football match in a long time.

Wow, I make it bold, underline it... and you still can't read it properly. There is nothing contradictory in there at all, unless you add words in that aren't mine - which you seemingly have done.

We did not turn on Bradley due to form, sections of the support wanted him out from Day 1. Hence why I said ''the reasons for that were obvious'', his appointment embodied the ''them and us'' mentality that was apparent at the time between the supporters, The Trust and the Americans, form was irrelevant.

Of course we are in good form, we have lost twice in the last 12 games. But again you can cut that to whichever point you like to make whatever conclusion suits your agenda. As I said, our fans aren't like yours and we do not have the Swansea/Cardiff thing on our minds like you guys seem to (Ashley Richards a prime example). I cant think of a single player, manager or assistant we have had that have been abused for a Cardiff connection, no matter how tenuous.

Cooper is possibly the most popular manager we have had since Laudrup and is drawing fair comparisons to Brendan Rogers. If you are willing our support to get on his back you will be waiting an awful long time. That's just the fact of the matter, the fact his Dad supports Cardiff is meaningless.

How the hell are we going to be the scum next weekend? on 17:38 - Oct 19 by LeonWasGod

I can’t help feeling that he did well at the start of the season off the back of Potter’s work, with just a boost from the change/couple of players coming back and the confidence of good early results.

I’ve been struggling to see any progression from last year lately (we seem less certain on the ball if anything). Hopefully it’s just a blip and I’m wrong and we’ll get our swagger back soon. I enjoyed watching us last year, but this year is starting to be hard work already.

 I can show you the same on the Liverpool board regarding their match against Man United if you want? They are top of the Premier League and not in the slightest turning on Klopp. I can show you the same on the Man City board if you like after their defeat to Norwich, they are one of the greatest sides in PL history and not even the slightest bit turning on Pep.

You are desperate for any negativity towards our club so getting excited and jumping at shadows. It is probably magnified by your feelings of concern for the weekend, which I can understand, but it is very transparent and your posting history confirms this.

I suggest you take a look at the 'form' table. 1 win in 6 is not good form regardless of your league position. I am not cutting anything to suit my agenda as I do not have one, form is based on your recent run of games. You have 1 win in 6 where 3 of those games were against teams in the bottom 3 where 2 were played at home. No doubt there will be fans unhappy with that form and will be blaming the manager. Planet swamp will probably quickly confirm this but i'll leave that to you to check and then come back on here and no doubt deny.

So you turned on a manager before a ball was even kicked. I would probably say that is worse to be honest. But if you are happy to boast about that then carry on. I bet that the 'them and us' mentality would have soon vanished if results had been better. A section of your fans might have opposed his appointment but the majority would have got behind him and at least given him a chance, despite your off-field issues. Those fans clearly turned on him on the back of poor form and results.

Football fans discussing a local derby on a football forum days before the game, who would of thought it! Guessing there aren't any threads on Cardiff on the swansea forum then? You spend a considerable amount of time and effort on this forum, if anyone has got a Cardiff/swansea thing going on, it is you.

So who decides form is 6 games then? There isn’t one “form table”. The table itself is a form table and we sit 3rd. Of course there is doubt that fans are unhappy and blaming the manager, especially if you are talking about any noticeable scale. We expected mid table and are third, as I said there was probably a handful of fans that claim they are unhappy in any circumstance when you don’t win your last game, Liverpool being a case in point. But that and what you are falling over yourself to falsely portray are wildly different things.

Yes many fans were against the appointment from day 1. Our lot know their football inside out which is why we don’t cry when we don’t punt the ball long and be patient and we don’t call for the managers head after a loss, which is also why you find it bizarre it isn’t happening. Who says I am boasting about it, I am just telling you what happened after you failed to read my post... twice. Explaining isn’t boasting.

Where did I say it was abnormal to discuss a local derby? What I said was making stuff up about your rivals and painting fantasy story after fantasy story is abnormal. It is clear there is far more hatred towards Swansea than there is in return. I don’t think I have read one false story on PlanetSwans about Cardiff. Feel free to find one. :thumbright:

I agree Geoff, cooper doesnt seem to have a clue but whats more worrying is the players dont seem to want to give 100%

A big marker will be on sunday, if they cant get up for a massive derby they dont deserve to play for us.

100% true!. Say what you like one of your fans, is not happy with the way you are playing says you are going backwards and doesn't like Copper because he thinks he's from Cardiff.

Good timing hopefully, although we aren't exactly on form at the moment either, we will soon see!

“One of your fans”

One?

I’m sure there was some moron out there that probably said the same when we were 8th in the Premier League too. I think you are being a tad silly and excitable to be honest. :D

Not one your board is full of threads on how shit Cooper is and that all the fans have turned on him, then loads generally about how bad you are, and loads on how they think we are going to batter you

So yes our fans will wind yours up by singing Cooper is a bluebird if we do take a good lead  :laughing6:

Wow... How quickly fans have turned on him

Cooper had us playing out from the back at the start of the season. So other coaches sussed it out and closed us down . Cooper has yet to realise it and still has us playing the same way.
Is he thick?

I was disappointed with the attendance last night, and the atmosphere was poor.
So many "fans" who weren't there last night will be there for Sunday's game.
Many of them will probably spend half the game watching them watching us, rather than supporting our team and watching the game.
So much focus (from many fans on here and at the ground in recent games) is on Cardiff.
I for one would have swapped a Cardiff defeat for the poor performances and results we have witnessed lately.
Also, if we play like we have the last few games, all these loyal fans that suddenly appear out of the woodwork will soon be moaning and probably leave early and go back to the pub

still fuming after last night, absolute joke.

and to top the night off half the M4 was shut

But if we're gonna get anything out of Sunday we're gonna have to get behind the boys and drown them out. I hope Leon gets stuck into them this week, like he did when we were about to go down. Could do with Kev Johns giving another 'Reading' speech and G the boys and the jacks up.

We've got a right to be p*ssed off but come Sunday we need the Liberty rocking

out!

According to people who don't even attend games.

 “How shit Cooper is” and “How all the fans have turned on him”.... Then you go in to produce a few posts that say nothing of the sort :laughing6:

Bluebina is either on some incredible hallucination active drugs... or is lying as he is panicking about the derby.

I will leave it up to the good folks of the board to decide which.

If you sing Cooper is a bluebird, you won’t be p*ssing anybody off, you will just be getting some odd looks. No different to us singing Warnock is a Jack if we take a good lead. You are just not making any sense at all.

 How much are we betting then? I love putting people on the spot to put their money where their mouth is, they soon back down from the rubbish they spout.

Charity bet, cancer research UK. You say Steve Cooper will be sacked as Swansea manager by midnight December 24th 2019, I say he won’t be.

£50? £100? You choose.

Hope you keep him, he hasn't got any experience, the longer the better for me, but your fans are after him so it's a matter of time, now feck off back to your own board!
