We were all united during our promotion season, the fans, team, players and manager. A couple of poor results this season and already, fans have turned on Warnock and the players. The team could all see you cheering them in the pub, but those players probably think those same fans cheering them will probably be slating them later on if we lose. I don’t think the players are being ignorant, I think they’re just being more cautious with the fans now. Players like Morrison who been through it all under Warnock and have given everything for us, probably feel let down by the fans at the moment.

Another Tonteg Classic.

So much wrong with this I don’t even know where to begin.

An it’s not the fans turning on players because of a few bad results. It’s never about results if the fans see the players giving 100% effort they will get support no matter what the result.

The performances so far this season haven’t had 100% effort nowhere near.

It's mental isn't it.

At the end of last season I went to two away games in 11 days Brighton and Fulham to support my team in their relegation battle and the players who earn money I could only dream of.

On the 16th April I got up at 5.30 am to go to work did a shift and finished at 3pm got picked up outside the office where we drove to Brighton watched the game got home at 2am and got back up again at 5.30 am to go back to work.

Then on the 27th April I paid £55 to go in the neutral end at Fulham and £30 for the coach.

That's without spending money, I don't mind if players put a shift in and lose but you can't blame fans for losing their their tag at Reading.

To say the players might feel let down by the fans is a f*cking joke by Tonteg and to highlight Morrison who's probably on 20k a week just rubs salt in the wounds ffs. Give the fans a wave, least they can do.

Wonder if they are told not to encite fans in areas of potential problems. I've not heard of them ever not stop and interact.

This kind of thing wouldn't bother me anyway, I don't need to be clapped by players but I can see why it would others.

Nailed on they are, in terms of what happened today I don't blame the players, after recent events in many places they are probsbly being guided not to interact by security if they don't know what might be around the corner.

The comment by Tonteg about the fans letting the players down tho, just no..

Their have been issue with other fans before at other clubs. Would make sense for it to be in the clubs guidelines.

I haven't said u personally slagged them off im just highlighting the facts of the day so an out of order initial post in my opinion

my post was to highlight the fact that the players acknowledge our fans at the right time before and after the game there could have been a lot of reasons why they didn't wave to the fans outside the pub.i don't know I wasn't there

If u can look at my post again yes they did acknowledge the fans before and after the game so the initial post was unnecessary in my opinion

I’m sure Warnock would have acknowledged the Cardiff fans if he was on the same coach, I can remember being outside a pub in Pompey.near to the ground, and there was a huge crowd of City outside and fair play for Bellamy and the team players they all acknowledged and respected us that day.

Its obvious now that the post was click bare. Windows are blackened out and so you couldn't see in any case.

Some just like the negatives I'm afraid. Warnock said himself there are always some fans just looking for failure.
