Re: Warnock replacement ?

this needs alot more thought than just "who" the question should be what direction do we want the club to go in, are we looking for instant success and try to avoid relegation, or do we want a long term project, build a style of play, that allows us to bleed the academy through to the first team. i hope this has all been already discussed and a list has been written up, however i think our club is more likely to wait until the end of the season, see whos unemployed and just wing it

I've heard Sam Allardyce and Tony Pullis mentioned to keep us in the premiership!

They may have to rethink that though?

Pulis? Are you serious?
You want to go from Warnock’s style of football to Pulis? That’s unbelievable.

I’ll take anyone who recognises that the game continues to change and that you need a team that can keep the ball, string than 3 passes together and create chances in open play. Someone who can spot potential in young players and shows faith in them. Someone who can get players to believe in themselves and to over-achieve rather than destroy confidence and momentum by constant tinkering and bizarre team selections.

Then we might have a chance of competing in this division and beyond :bluebird:
