However I wouldn't bet against it, he fits the Warnock style perfectly if he can be fit for long enough. The problem is he is shot as a footballer now, if he doesn't retire in the next season or two it would be a huge shock. Nobody is going anywhere near him for that reason.

Steve Bruce interested in taking him to Newcastle. I think that is far more likely to happen.
