The next thing will be to complain that minorities are discriminated against by interviewers, based upon the figures for unsuccessful interviews , which is the obvious consequence of having to interview people with no chance to tick a box.
It won't be long before every team has got to have so many women players.

when I started watching { I assume like yourself } it was mostly 11 white blokes v 11 white blokes...
now if football history shows anything it shows if your good enough little else matters...religion, race, size, just don't matter..and it did not need quotas so what makes them think we need them now...

What if no minorities apply?
Do you just have a caretaker manager until one does so you can appoint who you want?

its a fair point...why would anyone apply for a job they feel they are unlikely to get as its common knowledge the club have who they want already lined up { as often is the case }..

Discrimination in any form is abhorrent, whether positive discrimination or negative.
Will there be a rule that every 100m relay team at the next Olympics must contain at least one white runner?
Surely ability not colour must be the only gauge of somebody's ability to do a job.
