. Deleted my message, people can make their own minds up.

It will be fine and they won't turn people away, although it might be an idea not to go dressed as Billy the Badge's advertising board! ;)

I do think and hope you're right Sven, you would imagine SWP would step in and advise Fulham to let people in rather than have them outside but if its SAG (which would have included the MET) that have made the ruling then you do wonder.

The Fulham Website says this. (not sure if you have seen it)

Owing to restrictions placed on the Club by the Saftey Advisory Group we are unable to sell tickets to Cardiff supporters. This means that supporters who live in a CF or any other Cardiff post code will be unable to purchase tickets. Any tickets currently purchased by fans in these areas will be cancelled and reimbursed.
Anyone identified as an away supporter in any part of the stadium other than the way end will be ejected.

Possibly empty threats, but concerning nonetheless.

I find it a little odd that any club would have a 'neutral' stand knowing that it was likely to be abused for 'big' games. Can you imagine the ManUre locals and the Scousers not taking advantage?

I have spoken to others (not just from Cardiff) and it seems Fulham accept that some supporters will be 'not so neutral' in that end but do expect a certain decorum, i.e. not wearing the colours of your club, etc.

Quote (above): "Anyone identified as an away supporter in any part of the stadium other than the way end will be ejected"

That was a huge debate on here only last week and we all know that the 'stupid' ones amongst the ManUre support were soon identified and that many others watched the game from 'home' parts of the CCS

I also recall our FA Cup game v the Arsenal at Highbury (the last ever at that ground) where we were told categorically that Club Membership Cards (remember those?) had to be shown before being allowed near the ground. Barriers were put up and checks made, but there was one anomaly; the same ID's were being passed back through the line to supporters who didn't have one and (to my knowledge) not one City fan was actually stopped :laughing6:

As Luke (2Blue2Handle) says, just a little common sense required from those going into what is actually NOT the away end :thumbright:

Hi mate

Sven, I think the point is being missed but I don't want to go in about it cos I don't want to be seen as negative but it won't matter if youre dressed in full cardiff kit or mr blobby if Fulham do what they said they are going to aand that's cancell all tickets bought with a South Wales Post code in that stand.

As dogfound said, perhaps its a tactic to put others off but it's a pretty bizzare state to put on their website if they don't mean it.

I see your point but surely the time to 'cancel' tickets was on application. The senders address that included a CF postcode would have been picked up then

I also see why you would have some reservations, as you paid did money for travel and ticket; but the previous evidence is it won't be an issue (unless, of course, some numpty creates one for themselves) :thumbright:

Reading what whistler has said below iv got to be honest, I have a feeling that the neutral end is probably so empty or they realise that they have sold so many tickets to Cardiff fans that they are just going to end up moving the segregation and effectively lump us all in together as one big away end so I do agree with everyone that it will more than probably be OK, just Fulham being awkward.

Everything will be ok :thumbright: :thumbright:

i think the chances are that everyone will get in ok..
but i dont get the arguements from people that either have not read what it says on Fulhams webpage or just do not understand the following sentences.....this means that supporters who live in a CF or any other Cardiff postcode will be unable to purchase..any electronic tickets already purchased currently purchased from fans living in these areas will be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED AND REIMBURSED...

anyone who has bought one of these tickets is bound to have concerns reading that ?

Do you not think it would have been sorted and people notified by now? :?

We're trying to allay fears here and there are few more experienced/informed than Forever Blue, who is also stating it won't be s problem

you would think they would have sorted it yes..
but my mate only received tickets he bought 3 weeks ago this morning..???

they initially started selling block P4 then stopped earlier this week ..today theyve taken P3 off sale..and the web page message remains..?

sounds very off the cuff decisions being made there to me...

as i said i think the chances are that everyone will be fine but fully get the concern.how can you not

Been to pretty much all of our away games at Craven Cottage in recent years, done the neutral end once too - never heard of someone having a problem getting in with a ticket.

It’s just T&Cs, Fulham are more than happy to cash in in such occasions as it’s more than obvious they don’t have the following to fill up their stadium week in week out.

I put bought tickets online in the neutral end with a CF postcode. I was rung to say they couldn't fulfill the purchase because of the postcode. I then received the tickets a few days later. I rang and asked and they said the barcode would not work and the seats were available online again. I purchased through a relative in London instead.
