But unfortunately doing miracles in the past doesn’t mean your exempt from the sack.Ask Ranieri about Leicester.

Huddersfield stayed up last season and they were certs for relegation and they were not expected to have got promoted either, similar story to ours. Why doesn't Warnock realise it's not impossible to stay up and it wouldn't be a miracle as its been done before. End of the day if we get relegated he would have done no better job than you or me.
His job was to keep us in this league wasn't it? building a team with tactics to suit, is his job, he's bought badly, he seems to fair better when he has no money.. He was fantastic last season, he wanted a pop at the prem one last time and to be fair he was given the chance but sadly this is not the league for him, it's only his report with the fans that has stopped him resigning or being sacked imo, Most mangers have by the way been sacked for players individual errors because in the main they signed them.
It's too late now for him to go, I can't see him managing anyone next season either. He will be remembered for last season by everyone at the club but sadly not for this season , much like Malky.

However, his flaws are that he doesn’t pick his best side, he shoehorns some players in who aren’t good enough. So what’s the point of an honest meeting amongst the players, if the manager isn’t honest enough to pick his best side?

There is no bonus and no fun on getting so embarrassed so often. And before the almighty pop up - as they do, I was there when were in division 4 along with 1500 others. My level of fickle plastic is 85% homes games since I was 11. I am not a super duper every game fan due to work commitments.

In my opinion. He’s lost the plot since the win against Southampton, he’s rushed Morrison back and for no reason, we were winning, what message does that send? Dropping players to bring back a half fit useless defender who consistently been one of worst players all season. He’s not allowed players to have a decent run of games, when he did it Reid it’s proved it works. As I have said previously in another thread, with Sala, the game investigation, death threats at the club is just a bit too much as well as a relegation battle. For me, I think it’s time, we can’t rebuild now but we can get a manager who will pick our best 11, play to our strengths instead of opposition strengths and maybe just maybe stay up.

Yes they probably would but I’d be fairly certain 11+ posters would include arter, and, until his injury would have had bamba and manga at centre back, certainly most recently. There is no way ralls is better than arter. Ralls over Gunnarson maybe.

He’s come back in for 3 games and we’ve conceded 10, and comments from most posters and some well respected posters have mentioned Morrison being not at the races. Understandable, he’s been rushed back from injury. Appendix out and 4 weeks later with no other match time in development behind him he’s straight back in! Surely a half would have been better than straight back in.

But this is all about opinion, for me if Warnock stays; I think he will, ok let’s hope he can turn it around he’s more than capable and f getting results. Although he does appear to have other issues at the minute as documented. Are they just starting to affect his judgement.

So peltier was ill Morrison stepped up, so Morrison was rushed back, he was rushed back as we didn’t have sufficient cover because we didn’t address right back in the summer. But look you are right, it’s all about opinion, it’s a forum, as I have said I am not actively crying out for Warnock to go, it just wouldn’t bother me as much as it would you. He’s been great in getting us here, galvanised us a club, still ranks in my list of favourite managers but eventually change is always needed.
