So International Transfer Certificates have nothing to do with TMS :? Really

FIFA Regulations say something very very different:

TMS is the means by which ITCs are requested and delivered.

Clubs must use TMS for international transfers of players.

When entering transfer instructions, clubs shall specify the player involved. TMS contains the details of many players who have participated in FIFA tournaments. If the details of the player involved are not already in TMS, the clubs shall enter them as a part of the transfer instruction. The procedure in relation to the ITC request may only be initiated once these player details have been verified, corrected if required and confirmed by the player’s former association. The former association shall reject the player if the details of his identity cannot be fully confirmed against its own registration records. The verification of player details shall be done without delay.

A player may only be registered with one club at a time.

Players registered at one association may only be registered at a new association once the latter has received an International Transfer Certificate from the former association. The ITC shall be issued free of charge without any conditions or time limit. Any provisions to the contrary shall be null and void. The association issuing the ITC shall lodge a copy with
FIFA.

Game set and match I believe.

I am unsure how you keep coming to the conclusions you do after reading what I am telling you.

I said TMS are an accompanying electronic online system which logs the transfer process as it develops. At no point have I said it is irrelevant to the process.

What I don’t understand is why you are claiming it was not done in the case of Sala?

You are just copy and pasting things you clearly don’t understand and claiming some sort of “victory” even though you aren’t really claiming anything other than what I have already proved as incorrect regarding your understanding (lack of) regarding the part the FAW play in transfers regarding Welsh clubs.

It’s very odd, Daya. The forum was clearly lacking understanding of the processes surrounding transfers. I filled them in, including direct breakdown from a Welsh based EPL clubs transfer. Yet the hostility and posturing is off the charts.

Now we seem to have a completely fabricated case that a process was not applied. Have you seen reports of that anywhere other than this thread? There was me thinking people just wanted to know the facts.

They don't do facts on here. They live in denial for as long as they can. Surely you have seen that previous over many events.

They didn't believe they were turning red FFS. and they thought Peter Ridsdale was god.

Blue blinkers they wear and only see blue. look at that Wez character as prime example.

I don’t often read the site mate. But I am shocked at the level of blind belligerent posting.

If you can work out what the new angle is then you are a better man than me. Are we back to the odd suggestion that the FAW don’t deal with Cardiff City transfers or the even odder suggestion that the Sala transfer was not subject to the electronic system designed to follow the transfer? And if either, what are these based on?

FAWMan - you are fighting a losing battle. The people on this board are all pro-Tommy, UKIP conspiracy theorists and are often hostile to facts and even Welshness.

Fair play for trying, but you are just wasting your time. Reason does not win here
