Yeah okay he’s not always been prolific but as he’s on a free there would be no big transfer fee, and if it can be sold to him as a last chance shot at the Premier League I’m sure we could get him initially on a deal until the end of the season.
Rossi is not any better than what we have. As you say he's not prolific, I don't really see what he'd add?

Unpopular opinion...
I thought Paterson was excellent last night. All of our attacks came through his amazing ability in the air. Yeah he had a few poor efforts on his left foot, but what about that cross for Reid (should have scored!)
Neil should maybe tell him to play the simple pass when he cuts in on his left, rather than swinging at it, but overall I thought he played well and Arsenal couldn't handle him!

He’s had some good spells in his career, and has the experience in the top leagues which I think we lack. Also according to OGS he’s getting on well with training with United. May just be worth a punt

I thought and said the same. The fact he was in those positions was very encouraging.

I was very pleased with the showing a massive improvement on the last two games, thought we outplayed the Gooners for large parts. Patterson who has his critics on here was excellent for me, taking every header and knocking on, not afraid to shoot etc. Niasse encouraging display, thought we could have had a penalty, maybe have taken something from the game.Great support from the travelling brothers, and nice to see Patterson and Zohore come over and give away there shirts, finally Arron running over at the end to clap and answer the Ayotollah requests. Bluebirds.
