No mention of us in that.

Agree with others that would prefer to use the loan on Clyne.

Excellent deal, age on his side, proven at championship level.
Worth a risk at PL.

And he'll only get better as well. Think that's a cracking deal for Wolves tbh. God I hope we don't sign a 31 year old Lewis Grabban who's blown us off twice and seemed a right C**t on that Sunderland Documentary

Wolves’ local press are saying it’s not even close to being completed - yet.

i agree with SirJimmySchoular. i don't think he is any better than what we have here. like patrick bamford, he seems to be one of those players that everyone is chasing, but no-one seems to know why, other than they've heard he's a decent player. no doubt he'll end up on loan to crystal palace, do nothing, and then repeat this in the summer.

No better than what we have? We havent got anyone you would call a good striker poacher etc!

well in his last season, abraham delivered 5 in 31 premier league appearances, at a more accomplished team that created chances. poacher?

paterson already has 4 in 18.

We should definitely go for him if he will come to us.
But, in reality, how likely is it that he'd choose us over Wolves. Not many strikers would choose a relegation fight over teams almost certain to stay up. The same applies to Sala who also appears the type that might suit us (although I haven't seen him).

I guess that's why NW was so annoyed at the loan rules. It restricts our our ability to get a short term fixed that could be permanent if we stay up.
It may be Modes is a more likely target...But he's not really a centre forward.
Just frustrating we couldnt/ didn't get the business done in the summer after getting auto promotion! :bluebird:
