Not inferior but we really made hard work of it, and didn't look like we were going to get the result. Kadeems effort that hit the bar was the only class moment of the match.

Yeah. Agree with that bit. Hard work of it. But it's Cardiff city. What do you expect? We never do things the easy way!

I think we need three decent signings after Xmas, but January window is not always the best time to be looking for decent bargains.

I agree, he’s not the same manager this season, all of his team selection and decisions have been strange,no consistentency,I’m not sure why he brought took off Arter for Hoilet, yesterday. It was a game we could have snatched 3 points but the opportunity was lost by Warnock’s decisions

Is this only a sticky because it'll be guaranteed to get hits?

Can't see any reasonable City fan thinking this

I was there and tbh we played better than expected, Everton were shocking, I wasn't too happy with arter being on the left wing and I always cringe when I see manga at right back but we have to bare in mind teams like Palace have gone there and been battered and Evertons result before us was a 0-0 away at Chelsea, I thought iif we were to lose iit would be more than one goal but fair play to the team worked hard just couldn't create much

Arter was covering Manga because they had Walcott and Coleman going down that side, thought Manga did well.
and Everton are only as good as the opposition allow them to be, in this case we did really well in restricting them , wasn't a good game but for us to get anything or run teams who have spent 10 times as much close its not going to be..

We had one decent attempt on goal absolutely awful. Just lump it to Patterson who's always on his own with no player near him then we hope a long throw works absolute rubbish

Totally agree. Warnock picked a team to draw the game and playing Camarasa wide is a total waste of his talent. What's happened to Hoilett? Warnock is supposed to be the great motivator, but Junior has lost all his confidence. Another manager would surely make the most of the likes of Murphy and Reid.

Correct Arter wasted playing wide. Ralls shoiuld make way I’ve been saying all season he shouldn’t be in the team poor again yesterday

irrespective of opposition. no.
first things first when playing superior players is to make sure you are still in the game after 20 minutes..

Got to agree with that. We looked much better in the games without Ralls.

What has surprised me is that whilst we all probably knew he would struggle physically and pace wise I didn't anticipate him losing possession so frequently like he has done.

For me the midfield should be Gunnar holding with Arter and Camarasa in front and then two wide players out of Murphy, Reid, Harris and Mendez-Laing (when fit).

Play that line-up against Wolves and I really think we have a chance of causing them some trouble.

Comments forgiven if you haven't seen the game.City had an excellent shape and weren't pulled about despite Evertons best efforts.Team performance of the season for me and I don't think Warnock could've done any different with what he's got,it just we need more quality and guile going forward.

I was there and you're spot on in that the shape was good and performance matched it. Just felt that Ralls kept giving the ball away when just retaining possession was the easy option and would have kept Everton away from us even more.

Not sure if it's right but a mate told me that even Kevin Ratcliffe was complimentary about us on Radio Wales   So it's not just us caught up in the moment !

I certainly think at home we need Camaraso on the ball more centrally and he is the one player who seems to make things happen in there :bluescarf:

I feel quite optimistic about Friday now :ayatollah:
