So sad for the families of all involved and thoughts and prayers go to everybody at Leicester City Fc.

Not sure where this list of dead comes from but up to 20mins ago ssn are saying it's not confirmed owner was on board? Other Reports are saying 5 on board Inc the 2 pilots! But what is delaying naming the people its nearly 24hrs now nothing from club surely it's known who was on board ?

There's a photo doing the rounds of 3 people boarding the helicopter, one of whom is the owner. It could be from a previous trip but the number is a coincidence if that is the case.

I was thinking the same myself. I’d guess:
1. It’s been hard to track down and inform all the families/next of kin.
2. There’s no record of who exactly was due to board and the bodies are challenging to identify from the wreckage.
3. There’s something more going on.
In any case, it’s terrible tragedy. The owner was a very good guy

Owner confirmed dead by club

Victims name. Chairman, 2 of his staff and 2 pilots one of which was female but is being named as passenger when in fact she worked for embassy of Great Britain as a pilot

She was Polish and seems to be the partner of the male pilot.

There was also another female on board (a passenger). That is where the mix up is coming from.

And rightly so,wish some posters would refrain from wanting to know names,perhaps before family have been informed ,it's a tragedy for all involved directly, and for their families, plus leicester city,club and fans,he was a very good person,and will be remembered by all with a connection to Leicester fondly.RIP.

Hmmm that article is extremely unprofessional..... never seen a UK journalist use the term ‘cops’ in any investigation when referring to UK police officers, if it was a US paper/journalist I’d expect it.

Leicester City helicopter tragedy latest: 33-year-old Thai beauty queen among dead


Originally from Bangkok, Suknamai, 33, was on board the aircraft with Foxes owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabh

One of the victims of the tragic Leicester City helicopter crash that killed five people and shocked the football world was former Miss Universe Thailand competitor Nusara Suknamai.

The 33-year-old, who was originally from Bangkok, was on board the doomed aircraft with Foxes owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, the Mirror report.



Also in the helicopter were pilot Eric Swaffer who was with girlfriend Izabela Roza Lechowicz, also a pilot.

Kaveporn Punpare, who is a member of Srivaddhanaprabha's staff along with Suknamai, also passed away in the tragedy.

Suknamai was a contestant in the 2005 Miss Thailand Universe competition, finishing as runner-up. She was crowned Miss Intercontinental Thailand.
