i think its a lot less certain now than 1 month ago...we wouldnt compete ,go down with record low points...well we have 2 points and 2 clean sheets ...and have been competitive ,all be it down to resolute defending in all 3 games but despite seemingly being under siege for long periods Etheridge really hasnt been that busy....currently the prem keeper with the TENTH amount of saves made..TENTH..

Me thinks that stat will change after the next three games.

more than likely it will but its a better start than so many predicted, and i certainly dont see relegation as a certainty..

Agree relegation is not a certainty.

Didn’t some say that the Newcastle and Huddersfield games were must win.

yes..but i wasnt one of them, last season WBA were 4th and Swansea 9th after 3 games and both went down and the bottom 3 at the time all with zero points finished 11th,12th and 13th.so way to early to be in this must win mode.?

I said in another thread that wolves will come good and I also said that Fulham will come good. That's the two other clubs that came up with us staying up already, I also said west ham are to good to stay at the bottom of the table they will climb the table for sure. Appart from huddersfield all the other teams at the bottom are better than us. You do the math.

Tan out.

A bluebird through and through since the late sixties...the post is relevant to a degree never mind where the first win is going to come from where is the first goal to come from...but we're in the prem again and enjoy the ride, stand by the boys and Warnock'we cant compete with the big guns and to say tan out is ludicrous...look where we are at the moment.

This is a great thread, I honestly did the same. I looked at the fixture list and I honestly cannot see where our first win will come from. Not being negative but I too struggle to see us beating anyone. I keep hearing how we are solid defensively...we aren't we have been carved open too many times against both newcastle and huddersfield, a decent finisher would of buried us. Against newcastle it was masked because until camasara went off we were dominate. I like Warnock and he has earned the right to manage us this year. But I would much prefer big sam in all honesty. Hopefully this is all just worrying for nothing, and we grab a shit ton of wins and goals.
