It is very early days and 2 points from 3 games, two of them away from home, that's OK. Huddesfield have a good home record, look at some of their home results last season, some people think because Huddesfield are likely to be near the bottom with us we should be beating them on their own patch. Get a grip.

The explanation is they sacked their manager.

Where we are next May is the important thing and even if we do go down we do so with a dam good Championship squad excellent finances and the world's best manager in that division.
Finally it doesn't take Einstein or Alex Ferguson to work out we could have done with signing a proven PL goal scorer, we all know that. The fact is we couldn't afford one but the trick is to use all our other attributes to get the points required to stay up.
Our job is to get behind the team rather moan about the dead raving obvious

Neil Warnock is a good Championship manager but useless in the Premiership.
Starting with signings, Teams that stay up always get a front man, someone that gets a chance and puts it away.
We have a team that do well in the mid field but upfront we are like a rabbit in the headlights.
I watched todays game, Huddersfield - what i would call another must WIN game. They go down to 10 men and again we can not capitalise on it. Just like against Newcastle, we picked up possession, created more chances but without a front man we never looked like scoring.
These are the easier games and we look like a joke.
Now we can see why Neil Warnock is a Championship manager, he does not have the creative mind to pick a good frontman.
We did not need to spend millions, just buy someone who is good to feed too up front, Some good Welsh youngsters are better than what i saw today.
I can not see us getting 16 points this season, i even worry about us getting the lowest ever points 11 or below - oh dear![]()

I went with me son, it was middle championship football at best and looked like two teams doomed, we need strikers and more than just heart, its a long season ahead,we must not get on their backs, just enjoy the season and except we are not good enough.

The real negativity comes from fans who would settle for 17th place at the end of the season and are happy with a clean sheet against a team who were down to 10 men. ..We need to adopt a killer instinct if we are genuinely going to survive instead of a complacent happy go lucky approach ...And just because you criticise your team doesn't mean you are less of a supporter coming from a fan who has followed city since the great days of Alston and Evans
