jumping the gun there..
Fulham have 1 point more than ourselves and got those 3 points against a team in awful form..

Not sure how it's jumping the gun. Do you honestly think that we have the same or more quality than they do?
They have a win and scored 5 goals. They've played Spurs, Palace and Burnley - a much tougher start than the teams we've faced.

we are nowhere near their quaity...?
we finished above them kept our squad and added while they have run around spending on MAYBE replacing the players they have lost...yes Spurs are very good,Palace going to be bottom half,Burnley in the wosrst form of all PL clubs at the momonet...jumped the gun..yes after 1 win i would say you have...

Disagree and let’s see who’s right after 10 games and beyond. Don’t forget Fulham had an incredible second half of last season -yes we beat them to second place but they were clearly better than us once they had sorted themselves out (including giving us a lesson at home). Their football suggests they were already more suited to the PL than us and they have spent big. Like it or not in general the league table follows the wage bill.

see who is right about what exactly.?....they have 1 win against a team in awful form...its not a pistol you jumped its the guns of navarone..
disagree ???????????? what exactly are you disagreeing about.....and how exactly is it possible for me to be right after 10 games as i made no prediction..?
what i said was MAYBE their expensive buys will replace those they lost...
as for all the stuff about last season..they were good last season but its not last seasons team....only 4 of the team that beat us started yesterday, they lost a lot of players and HAD to bring in replacements....you seem to be assuming money = quality = results...well you only have to look down the road to see how thats not true...42 million pounds worth of players that didnt work out sent out on loan last season...messa,montero,baston,amat..

You seem so intent on an argument you’re not really taking anything in properly. I said I felt we were nowhere near their quality and you felt I’d jumped the gun. So let’s see after a run of games whether my assertion proves right or not. It was my prediction not yours but one that can only be answered with fact, hence I suggested after 10 games. Hopefully I’ll be wrong and we will start to show what a good side we are who can pass the ball, create plenty of chances and actually take a few.

Let’s also hope that their new team isn’t stronger that last seasons and that being able to leave sessegnon on the bench was just because he was tired. They only spent £100m so “maybe” they’ve actually gone backwards.

I stated that in general (the key phrase being “in general”) the league table follows the wage bill, which in turn indicates who’s spent money. If you don’t agree that spending in the PL is required to compete then again let’s see how it works out.

As for form, I don’t think Huddersfield are ripping up any trees and I would rather play them than Burnley. Again we’ll have to see how it unfolds. All about opinions, eh?
