The real truth Malky and Moody ripped Tan off, everybody seems to be brushing it under the carpet.

The Tan haters won't want to hear that !!!!

Evidence/ proof??

Tan proofed nothing and spent £2mill trying a fact.

So No evidence makes Malky innocent :thumbright:

Only one did a grovelling apology though

I don't think that's a good rule either not being able to provide evidence doesn't always mean your automatically inoccent. That's a dangerous thought process.

This.

He’s gone. He wasn’t particularly loyal to us or very good as it turned out. We now have a far better manager.

Tan has changed from a bond villain to a successful, pragmatic owner who has been an integral element in helping this club get to the premier league. Judging from the business we have done to the statements from the club and club personal, I believe he has paved a positive long term business strategy to turn this club into a long term financially stable outfit which is something we haven't been in a long long time.

It is definitely true to say that he was a fish out of water in the early days of his ownership but since reverting the re-brand things have progressed enormously within the club, the club atmosphere and culture has improved beyond recognition, he has cut the debt in half and we are in the premier league.

Fingers crossed he doesn't decide to give any more pre-game pep talks however!

It really does matter because at the time many knew the truth, but were smashed for trying to say what was really going on.

Ask yourself this question was that good for our club, manager & team, I think you know the answer.

We should not just bury the truth or ignore it, just because it happened in the past, the fans deserve to know the truth like anything else in life.

Funny you do feel or say the same about Sam the Man. An owner that loved to have a say over all the goings on at any of his Clubs A Cardiff Owner, who lied in Court and if that wasn't bad enough, lied to the fans and even you... on a personal level. A 0wner who was willing to see your beloved Club go bankrupt and fall down the league...

But when it comes to Sam, its all in the past and move on... If only Tan, would meet up with the boys in the local just like Sam did. We'll all love them; even though Sam told us all a pack of lies, wanted to change the badge the shirt and even move Cardiff from its home...

Truth is Tan has been Cardiff City best owner in any of our lifetimes. An owner that puts money into the Club, rather than Taken money out of it. So spare us, on how fans deserve to know the truth.

I agree Tan is our best ever owner but Sam started it all going and should get more respect than he does. He was treated quite badly by the PMG lot and was cornered and did what he always did in that position try and fight. I don’t think there was real malice to it he just felt hurt.

The truth about those times is a funny one. I read a lot of bullshit about Tan saying ‘why doesn’t the GK score?’ ‘Marshall needs to shoot more’ and other such nonsense that I gave up reading about Tan as there was a definite desire to slate him no matter what. Bury the truth? Some wouldn’t have a clue the real truth. The stuff about Marshall certainly wasn’t.

must be quite confusing for you watching the bickering..
owners interfering with managers..falling out with managers..signing players...has actually been lauded universally by your fans as the cornerstone of the Swansea way for years ..
lets be honest here if Tan was your owner not only wouldnt you bat an eyelid at the accusations but youd probably be ok with him nailing a few players wives to boot...

Never once said let’s move on regarding Sam?

Please show me? ? ?

He never ever did change our colours and our badge he changed and was designed by the Valley Rams etc which I was fuming with him for and told him.

Where were we in the year 2000? Please remind me?

Plus funny you’ve come of the subject and topic title, could not answer or keep to that debate ?

If you have been around for long you will know I have debated Sam a 1,000 times.

This topic is the latest news brought up by the media and peoves what we said at the time, which was totally denied by many on here who now are saying old news don’t want to know, a bit like what your doing but your trying to change the whole topic to your agenda

You seem a very bitter person.

People are saying it is old news because that is exactly what it is, OLD NEWS. It may now be in the media, why I don't know and if people want that to help them feel justified about the way they felt about something 5 years ago that is up to them. Personally I am only interested in the here and now.
