Sinking feeling?

What planet are some of our fans on. If you think we're sinking, jump off the good ship Cardiff City :bluescarf:

We didn't expect to go up last season. We are being sensible with the cash and being sustainable. Enjoy the ride and get behind the boys.

The short memory of some of the fanbase is bewildering, unless the 'cash troubles' were conveniently before they started following City :bluebird:

Well let's remember those Keyboard warriors who wanted CITY to be back in Blue didn't care about the budget, what league we're playing in, just wanted to be in Blue, Then we had the keyboard warriors saying how they wanted to Club to live within its means.

The Club is doing all that and that's not good enough.

Did I say it wasn't enough I just said the abuse the op got was uncalled for stating his opinion.so dunno why your going on about the changing clothes and that coz I went to every march we had to get the blue back..

wheres the "abuse" that you feel is uncalled for exactly feel free to quotee it as id be interested in what you feel is abuse.

By the way there's a certain irony in you defending the OP then attacking others calling among other things "keyboard warriors" and "pathetic pricks".

Well let's have a drink in the Cornwall for the Newcastle game and I'll show you while we have a pint

Hang on a second, the OP only stated his opinion in a tidy manor, he said he was excited but now a little underwhelmed basicly and doesnt think we have the squad depth to survive but hopes he's wrong.

Then you came in and thought you had the right to swear at him and tell him 'give up the football for f**k sake'

and now your the one crying about bullys

Re: Sinking feeling

We were only looking to beat the clubs we would expect to be around us at the bottom end and stay up through that
But as it stands we have not added the quality other clubs have and did not have the depth to start with you start to worry where the points may be gained

Re: Sinking feeling

Tue Aug 07, 2018 5:40 pm

Let's just try and enjoy the season, yes there's going to be ups and downs but I'd rather watch a team that plays as a unit and the badge rather than players who think that they're better than the rest of the team because I'm a premiership player

Liked I'd tell my mates in the pub if we were chatting about the city and one said he had a sinking feeling I'd say "FFS give it up", you think that's aggressive and bullying??

Saying FFS give up the footy isn't abusing the guy.

Do you know him/her? Do you know his/hers age?

It could be a 15 year old female fan, it could be a 70 year old bloke whos been following us for years.

Swearing at him/her with no justificaton is aggreasive yeah.

You wouldn't do it face to face I'd hope so why on here.

We has all this with Sam a few weeks back but people haven't learned.

Promotion seasons are always followed by a hard dose of reality. It's all about avoiding relegation now. That's football. Nothing new. See how it goes.

Fair post from
The Op. I got a bad feeling about the season I think we will struggle. That’s not to say I won’t enjoy the season because I will, doesn’t bother me one bit if we get relegated, which I think we will.
