That is actually quite far from the truth. Here's a more accurate list:
Assaulting an off duty police officer with actual bodily harm and intention to resist arrest (2004)
Threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour - this including throwing missiles, damage to property and anti-Welsh racist chants (2010)
Mortgage fraud - using a fake identity to attempt to defraud a bank of £160,000 (2012)
Money laundering (2012)
Possession of drugs with intent to supply (2012)
Travelling to the USA using someone else's passport - literally being an illegal immigrant (2013)
Breaching the terms of his prison license (2014)
Football banning order for inciting racial hatred (2016)
Contempt of court for attempting to film defendants (2017)
Pretty amazing when we know what he thinks about people who don't respect the laws of this country!
And now:
Contempt of court, again. This is the second time he has put a serious sexual abuse case under threat of mistrial, meaning the defendants could walk free, as a result of his attempts to disrupt it.
Have a think about who, and what, some of you are defending.

The guy who prosecuted the rochdale gang said himself they nearly faced a mistrial due to media influence, and was very critical of robinson, so I'd imagine the courts were keen to give these sick defendants absolutely no reason to cry foul and suggest a mistrial/obstruction of justice etc. I'd like to think to that filming outside a court (and potentially filming victims/families of victims) came into it too.

You do know the authorities have targeted Robinson for years and will get him on any charge regardless.
You want to look into the charges you've listed above before using them to bash the guy, like the football banning order in 2016 when he'd not been involved in football related trouble since 2011, but of course as us Cardiff fans know the police would never manipulate their powers would they.

I agree with the OP that TR has used this for his own agenda. He knew what he was doing, he knew the rules and broke them deliberately. Something tells me he is not regretting it either.

The word "mistrial" is given for it.

It does seem to be limited to high profile cases though. Basically the authorities don't want to leave any door open for the guilty party to have any recourse. Apparently there was a case in Rochdale where the case nearly collapse due to the nature of reporting going on through the trail. There was a danger of intimidating the jury and the defence were going to use that to get their clients off. The prosecution had to convince the judge to carry on else the accused would have walk out free.

For me the courts should be allowed to carry out their business without any outside influences. I can see now why they apply these blackouts to high profile instances. The priority is to protect the judge, jury and victims of the case. If we cannot do that then we are wasting our time having a law. Unfortunately we live in a society where some cannot accept the decision of a court without reverting to physical means.
