I tell you you what was outrage was a 20 stone man on a motorised scooter squeezing past supporters on pitch.

It is unfortunate but there was NO CHANCE the fans were going to stay off the pitch after going up during the game.

Had we sorted out promotion prior to this game then the announcements would have gone to stay off the pitch and the team would come out.

Emotions were too high and I feel for those that could not fully be involved in the celebrations.

Not sure why people were expecting fans to stay off pitch under such circumstances? Not one club in efl didn't have fans on pitch at end season the fact is we had 20k+ fans doing it that was the problem! Yes club could have put presentation on screens not sure why didn't and didn't do enough to let people know what was happening but at end day we are up and fans should be celebrating not bemoaning something that club could not stop even if wanted to.

I had my 6 year old on my shoulders when everyone was going in the pitch, as I stepped over the barriers one steward pushed me back and I had to catch my boy as he fell off. They weren’t all very helpful in the family stand

I asked one of the stewards on the pitch after the game and he told me he’d had a panic attack but was fine.

Wrong ,Some lad ran on before the whistle and charged into him. Lad got nicked ,Saw it happen.

You’re right, I saw the video. The f*cking coward I hope he gets caught.
The steward I was talking to must have either got his facts wrong or was told to keep it low profile I guess.

He got caught ,When the steward got up onto his feet ,He pointed the lad out. Saw the lad in a shoulder lock being escorted out.

That fan should get a ban for that, totally unnecessary!!

The club had planned for the pitch invasion, they also did celebrations in the Grandstand and on the pitch later :thumbright: :thumbright: :bluebird: :bluebird:

Cardiff City did everything to accommodate our fans, mazing day on and of the pitch :thumbright: :thumbright: :thumbright: :bluebird: :bluebird:

How was he only doing his job, when they had planned for a pitch invasion?
And causing a 6 year boy to fall from over 6 feet, I don’t believe he was only doing his job

Did you actually have your boy on your shoulders as you stepped over the barriers?

There’s doing their job and then there’s being a tit. If I had my son on my shoulders and some steward tried pushing me back ,I’d probably front kick him.

Honestly what did people expect on a promotion day ? It was a promotion day of course there was going to be a pitch invasion FFS, All the hurt and pain of following city all these years it was bound to spill out on the pitch. if you wanted a polite ripple of applause as the trophy was handed over on Sunday well im sorry your watching the wrong sport...THIS IS FOOTBALL WE ARE CARDIFF CITY :bluescarf:

To be fair, in hindsight, which is a wonderful thing the Club could have handled it a bit better lads.

All they had to do was let the pitch invasion happen and then cleared it once the players had got in, they could have put an announcement over saying the players were going to come back out etc etc, everyone's a winner, its not rocket science, could have been like when Wales qualified for the Euros.

Shit happens though, c'est la vie.

Yes I did, as I didn’t want to lose him in the mad rush of everyone going on at he same time
