Wales/Ryan Giggs set leave Cardiff City Stadium

This may be the start of us going back there. I hope not!

Will be empty again for all but the massive international teams. I like the place as a rugby stadium/concert venue (better atmos than twickenham) but CCS surely will continue for competitve footie games, its worked well. Anyway for the PS to work out well, Giggsy needs results, otherwise the place will be dead.

I would be disappointed and surprised if there was any truth to this other than for one off friendlies.

A lot of hard work has gone into what has been created at the CCS and to move away from it now for the sake of what an extra few ticket sales every now and again would be a poor move for me.

I remember games at the Millenium in front of crowds as low as 12-13,000, having said that we played Scotland at the CCS in front of not much more and half of those were Scots before the success came in.

I'm no expert but this does worry me, if the team struggle Welsh Football could go back to the bad days and all the hard work undone in one swoop.

It already has by appointing Giggs, Bale and Wales are back in decline !!!

No one will want to go in a few years !!!

Although in fairness, Coleman has the easier job having rook over a great bunch set up by Tosh and Speed.

The current squad is at a point where the youngsters need to be bedded once again, thankfully Giggs has always been keen on bringing in the youngsters as Sir Alex did.

Terrible decision if this goes ahead.

Ok for a one off friendly, get the kids in, the horns etc. But one of the main reasons we qualified for our first major tournament ever was because we played in front of a noisy packed house at the ccs. Change that and we won’t qualify for nowt.

We didnt even sell out the CCS for a friendly against holland! What makes them think we'd sell out the principality against spain!
