A mate of mine is a Leeds fan and said that by 7 o’clock this evening 55 THOUSAND fans have signed an online petition against the badge. If we had galvanised that sort of reaction at that speed then we may never have changed to red.
I’m not a lover of Leeds at all, but you have to admire their reaction to this - it shows our fans up a bit over the half-hearted opposition to red.

Agree again our situation was terrible i remember Tony Jefferies and i think it was vince elm on tv agreeing with our rebrand .I couldn'tbelieve what i was hereing at the time and thousands followed suit.
I think Leeds will stop this before it gets on the shirts etc but they have been a laughing stock.
Also to think someone got payed for 6 months research just goes to show some people no nothing about real football fans are.
As much as i hate leeds they are real proud fans i just think the club will backtrack or its gonna get ugly.
Good luck to em getting it reversed

Totally agree they are the original rebranders. I will give credit where it’s due they have a great following home and away through good and bad times, but not many if any of there fans have walked away from the club for good for having a badge or color change.

Ahh but it happened in revie era so doesn't count! Sheffield w not happy either as whilst play in red & black they've lost traditional red black stripes same as several other clubs have lost traditional kits for more plain colours! That's football owners today no respect for fans.
