Fair play fella, we could do with more supporters like you. Getting a soft spot for your second team now. Good luck!

Excellent away win Tony :thumbright:

Quite a few times Tony, Ireland twice on pre-season tours, Aurhaus away in European Cuo winners cup .

But I think today beats it all, 2 ferry trips and three different buses going and two different buses and two ferry trips coming coming back and still on one

Why so many bus changes?
Why 2 ferries?
Did the club arrange the transport or did everyone book indepenent?
Is that about a normal amount to away games?
Do you go away with them often during the season?
Is it a ferry to the mainland or would you need to fly?

Sorry for the bombardment of questions - I'm genuinely interested.

OK reading the thread again, it looks like you went to Ibiza and then had to get a bus from one side to the other, in order to catch the 2nd ferry.

Could make a great weekend out of a trip like that.

Just got home :thumbright:
Because the big ferry that leaves Palma is way to big for Formentera.
So u go on big one to Ibiza, then busses to the end of Ibiza, on to a smaller ferry, then board that to Formentera, busses waiting for us there, took us a lovely beech place, then came back for us all and they took us to match.

Match finished 8pm Spanish time, I just got in 2.30am :thumbright:

Club arranged it all for us and this was easest way and cheapest .
We could fly to Ibiza, then busses to port then , then ferry, then busses , but most planes full this time if yr. No airport in Formentera .

Sounds cracking - Beats Reading away on a Tuesday night, that's for sure

No pictures of the place they took you pre-match?

A great way to enjoy football. Are the fans as passionate as they are over here or is it a bit more laid back?
