4 succesive managers of all abilities have all thought Morrison the best leader. They can't all be wrong.

There's a perfectly good center midfielder in the squad who changed our team last year called Stuart okeefe. We're not light you just refuse to play him Neil!

My thoughts exactly, in fact you beat me to posting something like this!
Also with O'keefe he seems ok with being a squad player where as with Ledley, besides probably wanting a biggish salary, I'm sure he wouldn't want to be used as cover.

But we've achieved nothing with him as leader and many games the teams heads have dropped and for me Morrison shows No inspiration, hopefully under Warnock, Morrison leads the players etc

Really looking forward to season, Warnock as given everyone new hope and reunited everyone's passion
Darren, that's exactly how I see it

Most people I speak all say they are really looking to this season, something I haven't heard for a few seasons. The Warnock factor is definitely galvanising the fans

I seriously can't wait for the Villa game (particularly if we beat Burton). 20K plus crowd, first home game and then throw in pantomime villains Terry & Grealish and it will be electric.
As I feel they'll be there or thereabouts at the end of the season, I think it'll be s good time to play them.

Do we have any £££ to spend. Having recently been in the prem surely we still have more muscle than most in this division. Or am I missin something

No offence mate as I've read you're a new City fan but you're missing a hell of a lot when it comes to our finances, budgets and current situation regarding FFP.
Hopefully somebody can come on here and explain.

Agree!
The problem I feel we now have is that some fans are maybe a little too ready to spend Tan's money for him on one hand whilst demanding austerity on the other and we can't have it both ways. We still need a couple to go before we can sensibly bring more in
It may not sit well with some but Neil Warnock actually knows what he is doing and (maybe more importantly) knows the parameters under which he can wheel and deal before the window closes

No brainer really if he wants cover for centre mid.
I think we need cover for an attacking midfielder with pace so how does Ledley fit that particular Bill?
Because this particular bill, Warnock said he wanted cover for Gunnar. Please read the original post.
In terms of attacking midfielder, we have the following players who all play attacking midfield roles
Tomlin
Hoilett
Harris
Noone
Pilks
Ward
Centre mid we have Gunnar, Ralls and Halford

and the French guy who ICWales are claiming Warnock raves about, personally id like another CM and striker but understand we need to move players on as well.
For me Piks, Noone and OKeefe need to go

We've got NML, Hoilett, Harris and Ward who are quick, Pilks isn't slow and can play wide or behind. We need a centre mid that can pass the ball.
