Any different to the way the Tories have been horrible, loud-mouthed and disrespectful to every Labour candidate? Of course not. Where have I mentioned this ?
May lost tonight. What an embarrassment she is. She had staged managed the entire thing and still ballsed it up to an opposition that couldn't win.Nothing to do with my post !!
This is her legacy, the worst politician of recent history.

TM decided to go with an ultra negative campaign targeting Jeremy Corbyn, Diane Abbott and John McDonnell and the likely effect they would have on the Bretix talks, a big mistake in my opinion, as JC was going with a positive campaign only talking about policies and more importantly hope. TM then went for a double whammy with a poorly thought out manifesto containing vote losing policies like the "Dementia Tax" and turning every which way when she realised how damaging that would be. The final nail, or the triple whammy, was her record as Home Secretary in cutting Police numbers, failing to control the movement of Islamic Extremists and being seen by many as having blood on her hands. Her answer was to blame MI5 and the Police whilst claiming she had done everything possible to contain the risks.
We have been left with chaos as the Conservative Party is still deeply divided over Brexit and I believe she will find it impossible to carry all her MP'S with her, whatever deal she negotiates. That is IF the Tory Party allows her to remain as Leader, get your money on Batty Boris being PM by October a good bet in my opinion.
I can see a situation where this new "Progressive Alliance" will defeat her on almost any legislation she places before Parliament and that will have only one outcome - another General Election probably before the end of the year.

TM certainly has a hell of a job on her hands. She'll get by for a few months with the support of the DUP but as it's not a formal coalition at some point self interest will kick in and they will abandon her. As you pointed she also needs to survive the treacherous backstabbing in the Tory Party.
I'll give her a year at the most but there is a bonus as the longer she stays in No. 10 the more damage she will do to the Tory Party.

There's No real winner.
Theresa May let her party down and the country that's my opinion and she should take all the blame, end of politics now for me.
Theresa May faces the humiliation of ending with fewer seats than when she called the election.
The Tories are projected to finally get 318 seats so will still be the largest party, Labour 265 and the SNP 34.

More like the Tories got lucky in Scotland as the SNP and Labour split the left vote to allow them in.
However, that's politics and we will have to wait for the next election to see if it is a real revival in Scotland.
In the meantime the coalition of carnage is on the table with their terrible alliance with the DUP.

Lot of people in Scotland voted tactically. Nothing to do with luck, I know a lot of Labour voters who voted Tory and vis versa. Now at a time when the country needs to be united to secure the best Brexit deal we are more divided than ever, something Junkers , Tusk and Merkel will exploit to further divide and weaken us. It's a complete clusterfuck.

I'm sure Labour would do the same given the chance.

There was definitely a hint of luck about the Tories in Scotland although tactical voting played a part. I would point out that the reason we are now more divided than ever is down to David Cameron and Theresa May and their reckless gambles for the sake of the Conservative Party. I hope people learn and never trust them again.

They were not founded by terrorists they were endorsed by the UDA in their official publication. By far the most serious threat we all face at the moment is Islamic terrorism, I'm not trying to political pointscore, it's over and we are where we are but some of the Islamist company Corbyn kept should be a cause for concern of all right thinking people, May, like her predecessors, dealing with Saudi is sickening but it doesn't make Corbyns behaviour any more palatable.

No Slicker,I'm right this time and it's a shame Nuttall wasn't with one of the main parties as he talked a lot of sense this campaign but as usual when UKIP say something its classed as racist but when other parties go near it (which is not often)its ok.
Horrid nasty rude are a few terms I would use for the Baroness.

On my main point of the Baroness lol, JC's pal, watched her on numerous debates televised and also live so answer me why can't the woman let other people finish their sentences without shouting and interrupting, talking over people and spouting her human rights work? I wonder how many illegal immigrants she represented are now wandering around planning our demise?
