Solution; go back in time and decide not to bomb the shit out of civilians in the Middle East for 15 years, thus inevitably radicalising the population.

When the UK and the U.S began a bombing campaign in 2001 these people would have been 10-15 years old and all they've known is western soldiers occupying their streets, or attacking their homes and families. To say that has no part in influencing their attitude towards the U.K is naïve and you know it. You cannot absolve the British state from blame here.
