Yes we do have work, but I think every manager in every division does. Sides always looking to improve, what is an absolute shoe in at championship level is defeats. I just think sometimes when you come on the forum after a win or a defeat the posts are so far apart, where in reality you shouldn't get to disheartened after a defeat or to carried away after a win.
