im proud to be Cardiff now been proud in the past and will be proud forever. no man, beast, colour, nation or misserable moaners will ever change that try as you might, us Cardiff fans are resilient.

Totally agree

I suppose that's where opinions differ. Nothing wrong there, we all have different opinions. Personally, once we changed to red that was no longer the Cardiff City I recognised, and that is why I still have'nt seen us play in the top division. I compare it along the lines of for example someone putting a Mini shaped body onto a chassis, calling it a Mini when we know it is nothing like a real Mini, it is a BMW with a weird body that bears no resemblance to what the original was all about. I am not one who holds a grudge as Tan on the face of it looks to be trying to put things right. As I said somewhere else, I will judge him at the end of his reign, and when we see what state this business is in when he finally leaves. Things are looking reasonable now, but we all know how quickly things can change in football - Leicester fans can tell us a bit about that, hero to zero in no time.

so you hadnt bought a season ticket for the prem season?

No, have a season ticket this season. Will probably get one next season as I shall be able to get to most games. For several years I bought tickets as and when because I was out of the country for too long to make a season ticket worthwhile. I watched only one game during the period we played in red. As far as I was concerned, it was'nt the team I had followed for the previous 40 odd years. Next season will almost certainly be my final season ticket, doubt if I will be able to watch more than five or six games a season after that.

Personally though I really hopes he stays and continues the good work of the last couple of seasons to make us self sufficient.

Honestly? I Think this club is nothing but bad sleep for him.. If he can cut his losses, he will.. Even if taking a hit, which he could live with.. Within two years this club will be sold, thats what i read of it..

If Tan left today,we would be in far worse debt than when he arrived a fact and a squad worth less than when he arrived.
Plus a fan base still not happy and divided less fans attending than before he arrived home and away.

Annis Putting aside fan/crowd issue As the question is? if tan sells up now would we be worse off?
You must asume debt would be sorted as tan cannot possibly get £120m or whatever it is for the club? So in reality we will be better off financially as won't be facing liquidation every other week , how anyone can say be worse off under those circumstances I'm not sure! :thumbright:

Totally agree, been there for the last 46 years and will be there next season and the season after, city still i die as the saying goes, but my opinion is that i want tan out and will never forgive the man. that does not mean i won't be supporting the city, even buying my season ticket again next season and traveling 12000 miles to watch 12 games per season!!! :bluebird:
