Do we live a globe earth - 99.99% doubt that. All the images of Earth from government space agencies are severely manipulated to present something that's kinda real but mostly fake (composites, fish-eye lens etc).

You can't just say 'false' to this without giving any evidence against. It's an observable fact. I've seen it. Many others have seen it. I'd imagine that given the population of the earth that tens (hundreds perhaps?) of millions have seen the same. I can't envisage that NASA had the time to brief that many people to hide 'the truth'...

The water isn't being "curved" in that example.

If I was feeling facetious enough today i'd ask if there's another definition to curved, but I think I understand what point your trying to make.

If you want to see "curved" water put a ball in a glass of water. The water, even as a mass, is being curved around the ball. Only in this example the glass is holding the water to the ball, not gravity (and refer to my terrible sprinkler joke as to how gravity is an observable force).
