NEIL WARNOCK:

"Lee Peltier’s had an operation on Tuesday on his ankle. We’ll know more about that in about two weeks, he’s out for a few months."

"Apparently the op was better than what we expected. We thought he’d have to had a severe op. They took a few chunks of bone out, it’s quite amazing how he’s played as long as he had. He should be ok before the end of the season."

"Pilks, I’m not sure about Tuesday, but probably fit for Rotherham. Bennett feels a lot better. Lambert’s training and he’s in the squad for tomorrow. He felt a lot better yesterday and joined in training so he’ll come into the reckoning."

Possession

Plenty of early possession from Leeds in the opening 3 mins, but mostly in their own half. Cardiff keeping a good shape so far

Wild

A wild tackle from Jazz Richards gives Leeds a free kick just outside the box. But it’s headed clear by the wall

Halford playing in midfield ahead of Bamba and Morrison in the centre of defence

Looks like a 4-1-4-1 without the ball, Harris on the right and Noone on the left

All Leeds

No clear cut chance for Leeds yet, but they’re seeing all of the ball. I can’t remember Zohore getting a touch yet

All Leeds at the moment, looks like Gunnar is going to launch one though.

Hernandez

Pablo Hernandez used to be so frustrating when at Swansea when he’d drift out of games and fail to show his quality. He looks like he’s pulling all the strings for Leeds here, dropping deep and dictating play with Cardiff very aware of the runs and movement he’s trying to pick out. He’s moving all over the pitch and it’s something of a surprise Warnock hasn’t instructed a man-to-man job on the Spaniard. Halford has not got a grip in the midfield yet.

Aron Gunnarsson launches a long throw into the Leeds area, Chris Wood heads it away though 0-0

Bamba

No bad reception for former Leeds captain Bamba on his return but he just had a ground give him an ironic cheer after misjudging a bouncing ball. It came to nothing though.

Solid

Slow tempo from Leeds so far, that’ll suit Cardiff to be honest. The Bluebirds have barely seen the ball but look in decent order without it. Ralls and Noone linking up nicely though and the offside flag saves Leeds from danger

Dallas breaks through on the right, he tries to cross the ball to Wood, but it is really well intercepted by Sean Morrison 0-0
