Not only did malky get us promoted ge changed the whole mentality of the place. Forever the nearly men falling at the last hurdle.

We didnt have outstanding players but they all played for him and we pissed that league

People say Malky was keeping us in the Premiership like it was a forgone conclusion, I have to admit, thats not how I see it, the truth is we will never know.

Malky did a good job with the backing he had and his transfer policy really let him down we all know and I don't think he will get many opportunities to prove himself like Warnock he is too damaged.

Exactly mate, people go on like we were mid-table, we had just gone on a run of 5 points from 24 and as you say were 1 point outside relegation zone. I went to the Stoke away game and remember thinking hes lost it, he needed a better backroom staff for a start and was massivly over cautious

I was at that game and yes over cautious was our game then. We lost 2-0 to Palace the next game and loads where saying he should have gome then.

I personally think he lost it with Tan in the background haunting him. I can imagine it is not easy when faced with that.

He brought it on himself signing 8 mil kid and doesn't play him then says he's a "project" but on Tans part he should've let Malky got on with the job the sacking was inevitable but he could've done it when the season finished weather we stayed up or not or got a proven manager in.

He should have sacked him when he sacked Moody and got Pulis in

He could've done wonder It's frustrating why Tan wasn't ruthless and just let the thing drag out for a couple of months.
