Shocker from City. Can't defend, Bamba aside, and no pace and thrust.

Lambert can't or won't run and close down, I'd do a better job and right now I got gout.

Fulham looking like Real Madrid

He is getting battered 1 v 1 its not like they are overlapping him. I liked what I seen of Bennet previously but today he is getting torn a new one.

Halford is no midfielder either.

He is.
When you're up against a tricky winger you need to double up not leave him isolated.
It's men against boys out there.

Lets be fair he hasnt had to do any tricks to get past him hes just knocking it past him and crossing it. Bennett needs to show more desire.

Basic wing play . Raw Pace will win most times . With support he wouldnt have the opportunity to just knock and go .
Not comparing players but that is exactly what gareth bale does and he makes world class defenders look stupid

Warnock needs to make 3 changes ASAP. We can't get the ball off Fulham and when we have it we have no composure on the ball. We just kick it upfield to relieve pressure.
Warnock could get rid of half those players and it shows why we are down there in the league.

Awful performance and if it was 4-1 I'd have no complaints

Exactly my point. Watch the better teams and you will rarely see one on one situations like that.

Here goes, Kadeem Harris is a waste of space as a championship footballer he is diabolical, how people rate him is ludicrous. Another thing is please tell me Greg Halford is playing for the love of the game and is not getting paid.

Glad I did'nt bother going. The game is panning out as I expected. If the players can't be bothered putting in much effort for this competition, should'nt be a surprise that a lot of us supporters could'nt be bothered either.

As bad a performance that any team at home should give. Lack of passion, energy and skill, to name three.

I hope Warnock, with the exception of Ralls and Bamba, has them doing double training this week. It was such an inept and unprofessional showing from City.

Warnock should have made two subs at half time and shouldn't have brought Harris into that performance, don think it was fair on him at all we were diabolical.

there was absolutely no passion whatsoever bar Bamba. A lot of those players I'd sell for a couple of quid each just to get them of the wage bill. shocking.

Oh and forgot to mention the lack of depth in the squad

Not at all. I don't understand why he didn't put Zohore on as we needed an outlet. If he wasn't going to play him then why not put Fred on the bench even if he is awful. Lambert can not chase or close down and it's now obvious why he didn't play for WBAi in the PL.

Awful awful awful

Few players had a chance to shine and didn't.
Looked like a training game for Fulham in parts.
Didnt press much for the ball which is disappointing. Fulham played high we had nobody to hurt them with pace apart from Harris but it all came to a sluggish performance by us bitterly dissapointed.
Good luck to Fulham played some lovely football most of the game just to good for us .
We are just to slow

Don't understand that some people are shocked or surprised with what happened today. Warnock has made it clear his priority is the league, the club were not interested in this tie, the players obviously were'nt interested, and the majority of us fans were'nt particularly interested in a competition full of reserve teams playing each other. I was never going to waste a Sunday morning going down for this, we have some much bigger games to concentrate on, starting with Bristol City. This business is all about money, and the last thing this club needs is relegation. The league is the priority for Warnock and every player.

See how he does in the league can't judge him on one cup game when all the players didn't perform.

Im judging him on what ive seen previously and what I saw today just backed it up. No better than what weve got but then were Cardiff City we have a recent history of bringing in players no better than the ones weve got.

32 year old average journeyman from relegation certainties Rotherham. The sort of signing youd expect from Slade.

I've never known much about this guy with all the years hes been around I don't think I even heard of him until a few days ago :laughing6: but he's considered a utility player and Warnock had him at Rotherham and was vital in keeping them up and Warnock trusts him so lets see how he does in the league and what position Warnock cements him in.

F*ck Warnock. Youd swear he was Sir Alex Ferguson the way some go on about him.

As for "Utility player" ive never known a decent one. It means they are usually not good enough to get in the team in their preffered position.

Warnock is the best manager we can get in our situation should've got him when we went down and the best and most famous utility player I can think of is Ruud Gullit.

He was known that he can play in multiple positions in midfield and upfront and sometimes defensively because the ethos of total football.
