What are you doing on the training field to improve it ?

Point away to Brentford is more than acceptable, reminds me of season we got to prem our delusional fans expecting us to beat your villas coz we're Cardiff City bah. Yes we should of taken 3 points but we didn't Warnock inherited a mess if a club there's only so much he can do, but just coz we're Cardiff doesn't give us a right to go to your Brentford's and take all the points Our team has to earn them Simples.

Nothing delusional about me - if you read the thread properly and seen my additional post then you can see it is something that should and could be addressed immediately

How do you know Warnock did not inform his players of how to see out the game and they didn't listen ? Mind reader are you.

No I'm not!!! Also read my reply squire I didn't call you personally delusional ( might of implied it ) those players are paid a wage via our fans to do a job ( handsomely may I add by our fans ) maybe sometimes the buck should stop with them if they ain't pulling their weight as at the end of the day they are the ones putting the shift in

4 points from 9, should of been 6 really we should of won today, there's fucall Warnock can do if a team does not have the desire to see out a game with a few mins left.

I think you need to wake up and smell the coffee, we were a team destine for league one before Warnock arrived, we are now picking points up creeping up the table and I believe we can pick points up off anyone that's including Brighton and villa up next.

Warnock can only piss with the cock he's got and until January comes he can't get rid of the deadwood and improve the squad.

Sorry there is something Warnock can do - everyone knows in football that you are at your most vulnerable just after you have scored and this is something I drum home to my players week in week out and after every goal we score.

I would expect a manager of his ability to eradicate these types of errors and for it to happen two weeks running is unacceptable. That does not take till January to sort out :o

I've had professional tradesmen work under me and no matter how many times I gave instructions of how things should be done certain Idiots simply could not listen or perceive the said instructions til I may as well have talked to the wall. Only if people have pride passion and a desire to succeed will they take on board what's being instructed. The rest look for easy street

There are many ways to kill off a football game in the dying minutes - let's just hope it don't happen again - four points clear of relegation but could have been seven bit moving in right direction

Just think along with others that Warnock has to accept some accountability

How do you know he isn't.Like everyone else football players are habitual. The delusional thing is thinking that it take one word in a players ear to stop habits of a lifetime. If that was the case I could manage city into europe in two seasons. In just about every case the diference between a good player and a great player is the last three inches. Some, just don't take telling.

You can't keep passing the buck onto the players he is accountable as well - that's what people on here seem to forget.

I have not once said Warnock out like people seem to think - I believe an experienced manager like Warnock could and should have discussed the late goal last week and offered solutions for it not to happen again on the training pitch this week.

Points are precious and the four points we would have had from not conceding in the last few minutes of the last two games would have given us breathing space.

Well said Dobbin

When we kept blowing leads under Slade it was all his fault, buck stops with him.

Under Warnock he seems to be exonerated of any blame and it's all the players fault.

Double standards.

I'm sure Warnock knows how to see a game off better than a South Wales div 17 manager lol like I said if the players can't follow instructions what can he do.

I just want to see Declan John play. Not just because a) he is Welsh, b) a product of our academy, but because he is a well spoken, and intelligent young man. You can tell that he is dying for the chance to arrive. I guess he isn't all that in training. But, looking at Warnock's past, he isn't afraid to give players a chance, Murphy being the newest example.

I am happy with Warnock thus far. We are steadily climbing, and we have the January Transfer Window coming up.

Bit of a family day yesterday so i missed everything

1- Why was Whitts sub'd at H/T ?
2- Did Ken play all game and does the highlights especially the goal show he may be of use ?
3- Ralls,Whitts and Gunnar started where did they start
4- How many times does Gunnar miss his tackle in their first (i think) goal.

Agree he's garbage he hasn't improved at all, showed a little promise in the Prem season but wasn't good enough for the Prem, he would do well at a league 1 or 2 club.

He's been on loan in league 1 a couple of times and not impressed. I can see him playing for Merthyr in a couple of years when his contract runs out.

When he was a kid he ran at players and took them on. He looks to me like he's had that coached out of him and everything is sideways or backwards with him. Plus he can't defend to save his life.

Struggled in league one has he, maybe he should go back to Merthyr but as long as clubs pay him decent wages he ll prob rot on the bench.

Twice in a week again - are you sure he does ?

Late goal against Blackburn should not have happened again the next match. Surely Warnock should have sorted this out by now as if we are going to be promotion contenders next season - we need this out of our system

Lets remember Warnock has injuries beyond and not fielding the side he would like and they are mostly not his players.

Nothing to do with it - it's about man management and how you close out a game. Four times in the space of a couple of months is simply not good enough.

So when we win they are not his players but everyone says well done Warnock. You can't have it all ways.

All I am saying is this should not be happening so frequently and if we want to get promotion next season it has to be sorted As we can't afford to drop eight points from winning positions

This is not Warnock's team and hasn't got quality and depth and he has got the most out of them these past couple of months but its now obvious that this weak squad can't take much more and will limp over the 50 points just look to next season we are safe.
