Right now this is just a civil case and it's about one thing Money, innocence or guilt as in criminal cases doesn't apply , having said that if VT wins this case then someone is going to get one hell of a bill.

In my opinion one thing jumps out at you from that simple statement by MM and that is he talks only about himself. What about Moody, his friend, he appears to have been cut free by Mackay.

Whatever happens in this case what you see in that statement is MM doing what he does best, talking about MM.

Let this case run it's course and I for one will take anything he says with a HUGE pinch of salt.

Unfortunately the greed in football is now almost unbelievable. Ultimately it is us, the fans, who are being ripped off the most. We pay over the odds for a matchday ticket, over the odds if you want to have access to sky sports, over the odds for a replica kit, and a lot of our money is used to line the pockets of agents etc. That money has then gone out of the game for good, and instead of being used to make a small group of people unbelievably rich, could be used to improve football at grass roots level, and to improve conditions in poorer areas where youngsters struggle to get half decent kits, pitches etc. I'm not sure how anyone can justify some of the wages being paid to footballers or their agents. It is completely out of control and will only get worse, and we will continue having to fork out more and more money so that we can make this elite group richer and richer.

Moody is the one who would have difficulty defending himself. His self resignation has made that even more difficult to have a case of innosence. Therefore this is why Malky distances himself from him.

This is just an opening play by VT.All he is looking to do at this point is to prove that certain agents were not invovled in the transfer of certain players.If he can show that I think the police will say"thankyou Mr Tan we'll take it from here"

1. The prosecution, Tans team, submit their evidence.
2. By law the courts hand over the evidence to the defendence team, Malkys guys, to scrutinise and defend if required.
3. The case goes to court and a decision made.

The only people to see this evidence are the prosecution, defence and court admin clerks. Any of them sharing any of the information outside that circle are in contempt of the courthouse and ever so the law.

What I am saying here is that besides Wez being a Tan lover he is also full of bullshit.

Your missing out more people the courts see the paper work especially the supervisor! Ask your self this why did malky drop his wrongful dismissal case ? What evidence do you think the club have to take it to court ? It will come out in the court case a few will have egg on there face dishonest to say the least

What have I just said? The court admin staff see the papers they need to so court procedures are followed. This would include the supervisors or whatever other job description you want to title it.

None of this should be in the public arena. If you are claiming someone on here knows and has told you then you have a duty to report this. This sort of leaking could quite easily jeprodise a case and it is a serious matter.

Regarding Malky of course he would have seen the papers because the prosecution was against him. He has a right to defend himself and the only way he could do that was by seeing what he was being prosecuted for.

I have no idea what evidence the club have and that is the way it should be. The judge will decide as he will be presented with the evidence and counter claims. Its for the judge of the court to decide without any outside influence.

All I can say about your claim is that someone is being very stupid trusting you or you are full of shit and know nothing. I hope it is the later because if you are right in your claim you could be in some serious trouble.
