The pound will not rise much in value and inflation will rocket.
Austerity ( which the EU promoted) will get worse simply because we have a neo-liberal Government.
When things don't improve who are those who voted out going to blame?

Apparently it will all turn around when we finally leave and the pound will rocket again![]()

I'd like to thank those who voted out for losing my business thousands of pounds in currency exchanges that I couldn't afford.
As you rightly say who will they blame when it doesn't get better.

Next time maybe the government should consult you on how is allowed to vote! I would hate to think that democracy would work. Especially the uneducated getting their way.

However, I can see some dire consequences of that referendum.

They are better off without us. No one else will leave as they have to decouple from the Euro which makes Brexit look a piece of cake.
The EU need to be grown up and embrace the fact that the biggest nuisance in the room will be leaving and work with us for mutual benefits.
The problem for the German government was for a lot of the centre right free market capitalist policies,we were the naughty boys in the corner they "tutted" at even thought they secretly agreed with us. We did give the room balance.
I don't think we'll fully leave and we'll be an associate member with Sweden and Switzerland

I really do have to question the mindsets of those who believed every single penny of the 350 million would go to only the NHS. The message was put on the side of their bus as an example of how this 350 million could be better spent to benefit our country. The Boris Johnson's kept hammering that message home to get votes and why not? Everyone with a brain should have realised the NHS is one of several things this 350 million can be better spent on.

If you could get 1.66 euros to the pound then you must be a very rich man by now.
The bank exchange rate at the moment is 1.18 euros to the pound.
Just buy at 1.66 euros from your mate in central Europe and sell to the bank at 1.18 - rinse and repeat and you will be a millionaire by bedtime.

The exchange rate must be hurting you personally living in Spain. But I fully agree there is a cycle and at some stage it will reverse probably sooner than you think.
Tony, it is massively as my wages come over from UK every month.
But I know there is a cycle and you have to take the good and bad times.

I've already given my views on Brexit many many times.
Mallorca/Spain, virtually ignore half of the EU rules, its a pity the UK had not been a bit more like it,instead of jumping to every new rule and going way overboard on them.
Ive voted with my heart and beliefs that the EU was No good for the Uk, at the moment financially that was not sensible.

You'll find that most European countries don't implement EU rules like the UK. It's all about interpretation and the UK's interpretation of EU rules is worst of all. You can't blame Europe for that you blame Westminster, which always has and always will be the problem.
