For me that's better than being stubborn just from comments he's made in the past, I needs to choose his words better in the future or back them up " money available in January " right now it's about getting in a new manager and avoiding relegation. We need to walk before we can run.

Well lets be honest Gareth, he could not say anything else he would look a complete fool.
I believe he should of sacked Trollope first before saying this, plus here we go again,we are going to back the next manager for the plays-offs, God help him

We have a mission to make the playoffs     Well don't hold your breath on that one because over the last 10 years 83% of the clubs relegated from the Championship had between 8-19 points after 11 games. We are right at the bottom of the range and are right in the middle of a relegation scrap. There is little prospect of even making the playoffs so my prediction on the transfer funds available in January to be somewhere between zero- nothing.

Better call an 'Executive Committee' meeting Ken and make the BIG decision, and be quick about it.

Personally I think it's disrespectful Choo holding talks with fans criticising the manager whilst he's still in the job.

Spot on! - should have sacked him before making these comments.

so here are the names I heard circling the Burton terrace and in their pubs on Saturday:

Gary johnson
Graham Kavanagh
That bloke already in our club, Rowberry?
That bloke who was in our club, the painter/decorator (although rumour on that one was more he now has a passport and as the stands are quiet at home games there's a few quid for a lick of paint!)
and three other managers names who I forgot because was emotionally tired (drink!) who are current managers with division 1 and 2 sides in promotion positions!

Oh and one person who said he'd like Scott Young back but he's now been sectioned!

May I suggest that the Club be adopted as a regular feature within "Viz" such are the proportions of bullshit now reached.I really cannot think of a club committing ritual Hara Kiri as is the case with CCFC !! We are literally beyond parody now

Probably it was a 2 year contract subject to the first 11 games that wouldn't be unusual. Although in reality it is a 2 year contract subject to the first bad run of results :D

May be but the author of this thread didn't help by reporting he was told things he couldn't share with others. How that is helpful is beyond me?

The CEO shouldn't be putting people in a position where they can do that in the furst

May be not but it sounds to me as though Choo stated to the author this information was 'off the record'. If the author was uncomfortable with that he could of declined to be told and certainly could of avoided making it known he knew things others didn't.

It sounds to me the author just couldn't resist being ITK and letting others know about it.

Maybe Mr Choo should tell Trollope he is using the wrong formation rather than just telling a fan about it. Mr Choo obviously knows a lot more about these things than our manager, Perhaps he should become our head coach. I bet all the other clubs in this league discuss their managers with the fans so that they can then find that they are using wrong formations etc simply by reading about it on social media. To say that this club is being run like a circus would be to insult circuses.

If you don't want something to be made public, there is a simple solution. You don't say anything. Only an idiot would say something important is off the record and expect it to remain confidential for any length of time.

Don't need to Wez. The club is one off the bottom despite certain fans on here saying we have one of the strongest squads in the league. I think that the club is more than capable of beating itself up.
