If anyone thinks that we'll bring in someone like Warnock or Bruce then they'll be disappointed. Even saying we'll get Bellamy is probably ambitious.

Someone like Rowberry or Lawrence are probably the only realistic candidates.

As Trollope is said to be on peanuts anyway, paying him off would not be very onerous - come in Mr Warnock - you know you want to! lol :ayatollah:

It would be forthcoming to think Dalman and Choo have seen the error of the transfer committee and player recruitment? And it's implications for recruiting a new manager.
Persuading Tan is another thing.

There again probably just agreeing the cheapest option.

GET THIS WRONG AND THE CLUB WILL TAKE A DECADE TO RECOVER.

Certain relegation to follow and probably due to the high wages we have paid further FFP in league one.

Big sam has a point to prove. Lure him in the promise of a huge promotion bonus.
More realistic would be to get dave jones back, easily the best equiped to keep us on the right side of ffp

Rowberry is a part of the problem in the same way that Trollope was part of the problem when Slade was in charge.

We need someone from outside to get a fresh approach to a club that has gone stale from top to bottom.

So City fans Our future is in the hands of our so called Committee as what they decide this week will decide in my opinion where Cardiff City are going for the next few years,as if we get relegated,I could see under this lot an even further relegation.

Totally agree ,this club will continue to free fall unless the correct experienced manager is chosen.

Just look at how DJ transformed us with his signings, yes he got quite a few wrong, but he consistently sold a player for 5 million each year and continued to grow the club.

I wouldn't trust those bunch of clowns to organise a piss up in a brewery.

Why should we expect them to suddenly have a "lightbulb" moment and actually realise that unless things change radically then the club is heading straight down the shitter.

In fairness, the club are pretty good at sacking shit managers.

Appointing decent replacements? Unfortunately that's proved way beyond them to date.

No doubt that will continue.

David,I'm 100% with you on this and if they fail once again in appointing a decent manager,I hope our fans will finally unite as one and see Tan and his committee for what they really are and not give them lot one once of support anymore,Support Your team, name of our once proud club, But not this Regime.

Trollope is the head coach keep him there as he is supposed to be a good coach, just bring in a man manager. i doubt guys like Warnock spend that much time in a tracksuit anymore.

Going on the way we play and the fact none of our players seem to develop or improve I'm beginning to doubt that Trollope is the brilliant coach he is claimed to be.

After all Chris Coleman didn't exactly put up a huge fight to keep him with Wales.

The club have got to get it right.

They have to seek outside opinion. They club personnel cannot be trusted to get it right.

No gambles, no punts, no gut feelings, it has to be the right man.
