' Our Club is rotten to the core '

The club was rotten to the core in 2012 when the rebrand was announced. Most people did not care, while a minority put up it. I can honestly say that while it hurts me not to have City in my life right now I do have some sort of smugness as I saw this coming a mile off. It will happen to other clubs and my opinion is that the JBS are the next to taste it

I do know this, many many fans I've spoken to say that the Rebrand went way to far and the problems/trouble that happened during those years,hurt them beyond including terrible incidents/attacks that happened on fans who stayed Blue.

When we won at Rotherham, there was positivity about the win

Jinks, Actually I don't,I prefer to keep my distance, as after all the politics of Sam and the Riddler,I got to see to much of the other side which put me of enjoying my football. On quite a few occasions I personally received calls from them and been asked to chat. Thankfully now Ive moved away,that has stopped

Us fans have lost our pride and togetherness. It's a melting pot of disaster our club. But continuing to be bitter, crying over split milk we can't Move forward. We all need to pull together somehow. A start maybe if there wasn't so many inflammatory negative whiz to blame posts on her it create negativity.
Maybe just maybe if we were all supportive and willing to work together and tan gets wind of it and feels wanted again maybe we can all move forward happily with him learning from his mistakes.
What I do know is if we slag him and blame him for everything we continue down the road we are on.

As to the finances, when Sam took over we were totally going No where, Division 4 and a Ninian Park needed big money spending on it, crowds of 4,000-7,000, No one would even come near Cardiff City and I know you were there in them days, so some honesty from you.

Jinks, Not a dig, but you always seem to find my posts and ask me many questions, but then ignore the answers and don't reply to mine? ?

Sadly we have had many rotten owners and chairmen however as much as I dislike Sam Hamman for what he did at the end he would face the supporters when he did wrong, I remember black friday we were playing sheff united that weekend the anger was huge from the loyal city supporters as I was walking into the entrance of the old Bobbbank there was a build up of supporters.

There was Sam in the middle of them trying to explain his mistakes and was apologisjng too and there was a large group there and for that I will always respect Hasmman for that as many including the ones we have now would never do that they will make a statement of lies to the press or have a meeting with a few picked supporters.

The supoporters need to be more together and cant blame owners and chairmen for that, supporters should start planning together arranging things, one thing that this lot hate is bad press

I don't agree that the club is rotten to the core to me that expression suggests corruption and, does anyone really believe that? But I do believe that things are a long way from being OK in far to many areas of our club and, I find it difficult to look beyond the executive management levels, for the root cause of the problem.

I will offer the OP another expression: "The Fish Rots From The Head" and, in my opinion, the "Fish" that is Cardiff City Football Club is rotting and the person responsible is VT. I say this because he owns the club and, he makes the decisions regarding who he puts into the "Executive" positions to manage the day to day affairs of the club and he has made a pigs ear of it over and over.

Our current CEO is, in my opinion, a classic example of this and whilst he is a charming man, an experienced business administrator, a very good PR man, but, a man with absolutely no experience of understanding the requirements needed for a club to " Compete" in the EFL Championship or, at any level higher or lower.The friendly smile together with his charming and engaging persona will take him so far but, when it comes to football he is not even borderline capable. he is incapable and unfit for purpose.

I nearly PMSL when I read his "Welcome Home" notes in the QPR programme in particular this section;

New Beginings, Significant Benefit, Attractive, evolved, football, Really In my opinion this is why so many fans feel they are treated like mushrooms and fed nothing but, lets face it "Good Old Fashioned Bullshit" delivered but a "Good Old Fashioned Snake Oil Salesman"

I would love to know when VT, The Board and Ken Choo think the football will have "Evolved" to the point where the team can "Compete" on the field of play and, exactly where the club will be by the time this process of evolution is complete.

Id rather go fishing or work than watch city at the minute thats the truth, its a shell of the club i've fell in love with and watched since 1998

Now its just a chore and don't even enjoy it a lifeless day out at the CCS with over paid bellends prancing around the pitch like show ponys
