We had excesses before as we had shot players, these players are reasonable but playing shit.
Trollope is out of his depth.
He has demoralised the team and allowed us to start the season with the worst forward line the club has had since the dark days of the 80,s.
He has to go now.

Couldn't agree more, still utterly baffled with zahore. You can forgive a player having a sticker or bad form but this kid looks like he's on quantum leap and figuring out what he's actually doing here.

He looks scared to death, he knows he is not at this level or probably the next level down or further again. He looks Welsh league at best

We will give him away to a danish club and will score in the champions league and people will moan that we got rid of him.![]()

Nothing wrong with Amos. He's been hung out to dry by our defence, to be honest.

How bizarreAmos was one of the few players to come out with any credit tonight. He even managed to pass to blue shirts more than most of the outfield players.
Say what you like about any of the players but Trollope is culpable.
1. Playing Ralls despite him being awful in virtually every game so far this season.
2. Playing Lambert despite him clearly pulling up in the warm up.
3. Not starting with the one player with pace in Harris
4. Continuing to play as if Lambert was still there despite Zohore simply not able to play as a target man.
5. Not using his final sub until after the second goal despite having 20 mins to play with and it being obvious a change was required (exactly the same as the Leeds game).
This guy makes OGS and Slade look like tactical geniuses![]()
If he is not sacked we will go down, no doubt.

This one is worst of the lot, am quite sure he won't be scoring on the champions league.

Norman146 wrote:that was appalling. He identified lack of pace at start of season and consequently did nothing to resolve it. Then attempts to play a counter attacking style of football that we are totally unsuited for, picks wide men who are slow, out of form and has his team defending so deep we are constantly under pressure. He had all summer to look at players with the pace that he identified, and even with no money still managed to buy Jazz Richards, Huws and Lambert. Can't see any pace there? Luckily I missed the first two home games as on holiday so still haven't seen a home goal. In fact I would go as far as saying I have hardly seen us create a chance, bar the odd header from a corner. Its just shocking

Bang on, most if not 99% of us can see it. The system he's tried you need pace, out only chance of scoring is similar to last year a whitts set piece. Yet this year we are simple to score against.

I'd go for Dave Jones, at least we'd stop shipping goals at such an alarming rate

Various reasons, right job hasn't come up, known to be a bottler, doesn't develop youth players too much.
I'm not saying he's perfect, but there's not much out there and I think he'd stave off relegation. Give him til the end of the year and review then.
Personally I'd want Neal Ardley but this is not the time.

He put his hat in the ring IIRC when Slade got the job so he is at least interested. But it's such slim pickings out there, even a 'banker' like Pearson has gone badly.
