That said, if we beat Leeds then we should bounce back up to 17th but one things for sure, this league position and losing against Preston has to be a catalyst for an immediate change in formation (4 3 3) with the correct players for this starting.

No need to panic just yet but we've now got to get out of this rut we've created and kick on. We've got a decent squad but I don't think PT has got the players for the formation he wants and he now needs to implement a system to suit the players he has got. This needs to happen starting this Saturday versus the Orcs.

No I'm not happy but I think Trollope should get backed and see if he does turn things around it won't be instant what hes trying to do but I will be patient hopefully he will get the breaks ASAP!
